Host Dashboard Overview

Your Host Dashboard is the central hub for managing your properties, bookings, and account. The left sidebar is the map: Home, Performance, Sites, Marketing, Communication, Payouts, then three collapsible groups — Grow your brand, Tools, Settings — and the quick links Communities, Feature Requests, Help articles, and Refer & Earn. Most pages have a row of pill tabs along the top that switches between views; those are listed below so you always know where something lives.

Where everything lives

Sidebar row → pill tabs on that page (if any). The address bar updates as you click, so any view can be bookmarked — see Tab URLs.

Agencies see Settings → Clients only on their own account, and Costs only as the account owner. Team is hidden for Viewers and while switched into a client account.

Header and Actions

At the top of the dashboard you'll find:

Home → Overview

The Overview pill on Home gives you a bird's-eye view of your business (it is the default view when you open /host).

Property Filter (multi-property hosts)

If you have more than one property, a dropdown appears so you can filter by:

All properties — See everything together
Individual property — Focus on one property

When a single property is selected, you get quick links to Edit calendar and Edit listing.

Inbox

On Overview, Inbox sits next to Schedule. It is the list of action items that need your attention (not Communication → Inbox, which is guest messages):

Create your first property — When you have no properties yet
Complete setup for a property — When a property exists but isn't ready to accept bookings
Accept or reject pending bookings — When guests have requested reservations
Complete setup for additional properties — When some properties are ready but others aren't

Filter the list by type (Inbox, Upsells, Guest activity, Setup) or by status. Sort by Date received (newest first, the default) or Stay dates (soonest check-in first). Unread items are bold, like iOS Messages — opening one marks it read (and unbolds it) without removing it. New activity on the same item makes it unread again. Each item still stays until the work is done.

Calendar / Schedule

Schedule (next to Inbox on Overview) is the multi-property calendar. You can:

View reservations, blocked dates, and promotions across all (or filtered) properties
On the month grid, each chip shows the guest name and the booking-source logo (Airbnb, or your PMS when the channel is unknown). Color is the property.
Click dates to see details or manage availability
Navigate by month

For individual properties, the property Calendar page includes an AI tab that lets you manage pricing and availability using plain language (e.g. "Block Dec 24–26", "Add 10% weekly discount"). See Calendar AI Assistant for details.

Sites

Manage single-property booking sites and multi-unit sites.

Single Property Sites

Expandable card showing your property thumbnails
Click any property to go to its edit page
Create a new property from the empty state when you have none
Each property card shows status (e.g., ready for bookings, setup incomplete)

Multi-Unit Sites

Organize multiple properties onto one multi-unit booking site (e.g., “Lakefront Cabins”)
Create sites from the empty state under Sites → Multi-Unit
Expand to view and manage all your multi-unit sites
Sites can share settings across member properties where Haven supports it

Guest Assets (Grow your brand)

House Manuals, business cards, and rebooking signs, plus other printable assets for your properties — pills for House Manual, Business Cards, Property Sign, Scan Spots, Guest portal access, and Orders

Upsells (Grow your brand)

Native experiences and add-ons — packages, retreats, and checkout extras you sell yourself with 0% Haven commission. Offer them before booking, at checkout, and in the guidebook. Quantities, real inventory, scheduling, quote requests, and a fulfillment queue are built in. See Experiences and Add-ons.
Quote requests inbox — reply to guest requests for custom-priced offers like provisioning. See Provisioning and quote requests.
Fulfillment queue — everything sold, grouped by the day it is due, with statuses. See Fulfilling upsells.
AI setup and website import — describe an offer in a sentence, or import from any website.
Optional Host Co store — connect an existing Host Co store (or create one) so Host Co products appear on property pages and in the guidebook. See Host Co store.
Rename the guest-facing Offers label to match your brand (defaults to "Guest Offers")

Referrals

Use Refer & Earn in the sidebar footer to open your referral sheet
Share your unique referral link to invite other hosts
Earn 2 free months when your referral goes live; your referral earns 1 free month

Integrations (Settings)

Connect your Property Management System (PMS) to sync property details, pricing, availability, and reservations with Haven.

Connect a PMS — Hospitable, Lodgify, Hostfully, OwnerRez, and Guesty connect natively, with Hostaway coming soon
View mapped properties — See which Hospitable properties are linked to which Haven properties
Sync details — Click any mapped property to see what was synced (property data, calendar pricing, min-stay rules) and when
Manual sync — Click Sync to pull the latest data from your PMS at any time
Synced properties show a "Synced" badge with the provider's logo on their property cards

Payouts

Open Payouts in the sidebar for Stripe deposits, Stats, tax settings, and filing summaries — pills along the top switch between Money flow, Payouts, Stats, Tax rules, and Tax obligations:

Money flow — how guest payments become payouts: fees, taxes, and what lands in your bank.
Payouts — Stripe Connect balance and scheduled bank deposits. See Scheduled Payouts.
Tax rules — add lodging, sales, occupancy, and VAT/GST line items per property or group. This is where tax settings live. See Taxes.
Tax obligations — tax collected by jurisdiction, filing summaries, and CSV exports.
Stats — revenue and booking metrics (details below).

Stats

Key metrics and visualizations. Stats is a pill inside Payouts — open that tab and select Stats.

Overview Stats

Summary cards show:

Properties — Number of active properties (opens Sites → Single Property)
Upcoming reservations — Count of future confirmed bookings (links to Overview)
Billing — Subscription and payment status (links to Billing & Subscription under Settings)

Clicking a card navigates to the relevant tab.

Charts

Property Revenue Chart — Revenue breakdown per property
OTA Savings Chart — Estimated savings from going direct vs. using marketplaces

Open Settings in the left sidebar to choose a subsection (the full row list, with each page's pill tabs, is in Where everything lives above).

Subscription

Plan & subscription — Choose Starter, Growth, or Pro (monthly or annual), change plans, or cancel
Next invoice — Base plan, property add-ons, proration, and active discounts
Damage protection usage — Truvi screening and completed-stay nights (billed monthly, separate from annual base-plan cadence)
Stripe customer portal — Update payment method and view past invoices

Direct bookings require an active paid subscription and a verified Stripe Connect account. See Subscription Billing for plan pricing, what counts as a billable property, and how upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation work.

Damage Protection

For account owners:

Guest screening and damage protection, powered by Truvi
One account-wide setup across your properties
Choose who pays for protection — host invoice vs. guest checkout line item
Configure default actions for flagged and rejected bookings
Report guest damage through the incident flow when needed

Public Profile

Add a display name, photo, and bio shown to guests on your property pages
Edit under Settings → Public Profile or see Public Profile for full details

Team Access

Invite people to help run your account, as a Manager (can make changes) or a Viewer (read-only) — seats are account-wide
Link another Haven account you manage, or give someone else access to yours
Edit under Settings → Account → Team (agencies manage linked clients under Settings → Clients), or see Team Access and Managing Client Accounts for full details
