This Privacy Policy describes how Book With Haven LLC ("Book With Haven," "Haven," "we," "us") collects, uses, and discloses mobile information for the Book With Haven Marketing Text Message Program. It is the policy submitted for A2P 10DLC registration. The general Book With Haven LLC Privacy Policy still applies to the rest of the platform.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not rent that information, disclose it to lead generators, data brokers, or affiliate marketers, or buy it from them. This is not an affiliate, lead-generation, or third-party marketing program. Book With Haven LLC is the sole sender of every marketing text we send, and consent is never transferred to another brand, Host, or affiliate.
When you opt in to marketing text messages we collect:
We use this information only to send the marketing messages you consented to receive, to operate the program, to honor opt-outs, and to demonstrate that consent was given.
For this marketing program we disclose mobile numbers only to the text-messaging service provider that delivers messages on our behalf. We do not disclose marketing-text opt-in data to Hosts, Host-authorized applications, affiliates, lead generators, or advertising partners.
Reservation and account text messages are a separate program with a separate opt-in. That program is not this campaign. Consenting to reservation texts does not enroll you in marketing texts.
Message frequency varies. Stay-marketing texts are limited to one per recipient per 24 hours and are sent between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. local time. Message and data rates may apply.
