By enabling Haven Screen & Protect, you agree to the following terms. These terms govern your use of the Screen & Protect feature within the Haven platform and are separate from Truvi's provider terms.
Haven makes available a screening and damage-protection workflow powered by Truvi. Haven is not the insurer, underwriter, claims administrator, or guarantor of any protection outcome. Coverage, exclusions, eligibility, and claims determinations are governed by Truvi's terms and processes.
Your use of Screen & Protect is also subject to Truvi's Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Haven terms and Truvi's provider terms regarding coverage, eligibility, exclusions, or claims, Truvi's terms control for those provider matters.
You authorize Haven to bill all applicable Screen & Protect charges through your Haven subscription billing account and associated Stripe customer record.
As of the effective date of these terms, Screen & Protect is billed at $0.50 per initial screening API call and $7.00 per completed screened stay night after checkout, when the stay is not cancelled. These charges are added to your Haven subscription invoice.
A screening charge applies when Haven successfully initiates a Truvi screening for an eligible booking. Completed-stay nightly charges apply only after checkout has passed for a screened, non-cancelled stay in accordance with Haven's billing logic.
Once a screening request has been successfully initiated or usage has otherwise been incurred, related charges are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by Haven in writing.
Enabling Screen & Protect does not guarantee that any booking will be approved, that any damage will be covered, or that any claim will be paid. Claim outcomes depend on Truvi's eligibility rules, documentation requirements, exclusions, and review process.
You are responsible for the accuracy of booking information submitted through Haven, for complying with all applicable laws, and for providing any records, photos, invoices, or other documentation required by Truvi or Haven in connection with screening or claims.
Haven may modify, suspend, or discontinue Screen & Protect, or your access to it, if required by provider changes, billing failures, legal requirements, misuse, fraud risk, or operational needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haven will not be liable for denied claims, reduced coverage, provider decisions, screening outcomes, guest conduct, indirect or consequential damages, or losses arising from the unavailability of the provider service. Haven's aggregate liability arising out of Screen & Protect will not exceed the amount of Screen & Protect fees paid by you to Haven during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree that checking the acceptance box or clicking the acceptance button constitutes your electronic signature and that Haven may store the acceptance date, time, version, and related audit information for compliance purposes.
Haven may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after notice of updated terms, or re-acceptance when prompted, constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
