Book With Haven Marketing Text Message Program — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Book With Haven Marketing Text Message Program operated by Book With Haven LLC ("Book With Haven," "Haven," "we," "us"). This page is the program-specific terms submitted for A2P 10DLC registration. The general Book With Haven LLC Terms of Service still apply to use of the platform.

Program description

Book With Haven LLC is the sole sender of this first-party marketing text message program. If you opt in, you will receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Book With Haven.

Messages may include:

• Offers, discounts, last-minute availability, and similar promotions about a stay you selected on bookwithhaven.com. The stay name identifies the listing the offer is about. It is not a separate sender. Example: "Book With Haven: 20% off Harborview Cottage this weekend. Reply STOP to opt out."
• Messages about a Haven inquiry, demos, and product news, if you opted in on a Book With Haven lead form.

This is not an affiliate, lead-generation, or third-party marketing program. Consent is collected only for Book With Haven and is never transferred to a Host, another brand, an affiliate, a lead generator, or a data broker.

How you opt in

You opt in only by one of these methods. Mobile numbers are not purchased, scraped, or rented. There is no paper, verbal, in-store, or QR opt-in.

1. Book With Haven lead forms, including https://www.bookwithhaven.com/contact, by affirmatively ticking an unchecked "Text me about Haven" box and providing your mobile number. The box is unchecked by default. The full disclosure and links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy are shown beside the box before you tick it. Submitting the form without ticking the box does not enroll you.
2. A Haven-powered property popup or booking checkout, by affirmatively ticking an unchecked "Text" / "Text me offers" box and providing your mobile number. The box is unchecked by default. The full disclosure and links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy are shown beside the box before you tick it. Submitting a form, making a booking, or providing a phone number for reservation texts does not enroll you.
3. A Book With Haven text-opt-in page reached from an invitation email, by entering your mobile number on a page whose only purpose is this program and submitting it after reading the disclosure and these links.
4. Replying START, YES, or UNSTOP to a Book With Haven marketing number after a previous opt-out re-enrolls you.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to book a stay, claim an offer, contact us, request a demo, or use Haven. You may complete any of those actions without opting in.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive no more than one stay-marketing text message per recipient in any 24-hour period. Messages are sent between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any marketing text message to cancel. After you send STOP we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further marketing texts unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing hello@bookwithhaven.com.

Supported carriers and availability

Marketing text messages are available on United States mobile numbers only and are supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information is not shared

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Marketing text opt-in data is not shared with, sold to, or bought from any third party, affiliate, lead generator, or data broker. Mobile numbers collected for this program are disclosed only to the text-messaging service provider that delivers messages on our behalf. See the SMS Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you will notify us if you change or give up that number.
