Haven integrates with leading Property Management Systems (PMS) and channels so you can manage your listings from one place while using Haven as your direct booking website. When connected, property details, pricing, availability, and reservations sync automatically between your stack and Haven.
Haven has a direct Airbnb integration: you connect your Airbnb account and Haven imports supported listing content, photos, fees, calendar pricing, availability, reservations, and reviews. Because almost every PMS and channel manager already pushes listings and rates to Airbnb, Haven works with your PMS today — whether you use Guesty, Lodgify, Hostaway, Hostfully, OwnerRez, Hostex, Hospitable, or something else. Use a native connection when available, or connect your Airbnb account and pick which listings to publish on Haven.
Hospitable, theHostCo, Guesty, and OwnerRez have native connections. Any other PMS can connect through Airbnb.
| Status in Haven | What it means |
|---|---|
| Available | Direct connection — Haven's direct Airbnb integration, or a native connector (Hospitable, theHostCo, Guesty, or OwnerRez) |
| Available via Airbnb | Your PMS already syncs listings to Airbnb; Haven connects through Airbnb to import those listings and keep calendars aligned |
| Coming soon | A native, PMS-branded API connector is not shipped yet — but you can still connect today via Airbnb |
If you are on Lodgify, Hostfully, or Hostaway, connecting via Airbnb gives you the same Haven site, checkout, guest experience, guidebooks, and protection. For day-to-day hosting you get:
What is different: Haven talks to these PMS platforms through Airbnb, not the PMS vendor private API. PMS-only fields that never reach Airbnb do not sync through this path. The API can send daily prices to Airbnb, but availability blocks and Haven direct bookings use iCal rather than an Airbnb reservation-write API. Hospitable, theHostCo, Guesty, and OwnerRez are available as native connectors.
See Connect via Airbnb when you use another PMS for the step-by-step path.
A direct booking website means guests can book with you outside of OTAs like Airbnb or Vrbo. That idea is separate from Hospitable Direct, which is Hospitable's own direct-booking product (including its booking widget and related flows).
If you use Hospitable, Haven still gives you a direct booking site powered by Haven's checkout—not Hospitable's booking widget—so guests book through Haven while reservations sync to Hospitable and you can manage Haven-originated stays in either product. Haven does not require Hospitable Direct. For how that appears in Hospitable's UI (including the Direct Bookings tab), see How Haven works with Hospitable Direct Bookings in the Hospitable Integration guide.

When you connect a PMS, the following data is pulled into Haven and kept in sync:
The exact fields and directions depend on the provider. See the Hospitable Sync Reference, Direct Airbnb Sync Reference, Guesty Sync Reference, and OwnerRez Sync Reference before relying on a specific field.
Base and weekend rate controls may lock when a partner supplies an authoritative dated price stream, but providers do not always populate separate property-level base/weekend values. Check the provider reference before relying on a specific pricing field.
By default, synced pricing fields appear locked in Haven. You can take over nightly rates only per property with Manage pricing in Haven (property Calendar → Pricing tab) while reservations, blocks, min-stay, and fees keep syncing. See Manage Pricing in Haven.
No channel manager or PMS transmits every field a guest-facing site needs. Arrival directions, check-in and checkout instructions, Wi-Fi details, house rules, and most fees are commonly never sent to direct-booking tools — and some providers list a field in their API but don't actually populate it for a given property. When that happens the field lands empty in Haven. That's a partner limitation, not Haven dropping your data.
To make this obvious, your listing's go-live checklist (property Edit listing → Visibility, and the readiness panel) shows a "[Provider] doesn't share these" group listing the expected fields your connected partner didn't send. Each row deep-links you straight to the field so you can add it once in Haven — where it stays yours and won't be overwritten on the next sync. If a field doesn't apply to your property, click the ✕ to dismiss that row; dismissing never affects whether your listing can go live.
These fields are always editable in Haven even while the integration is connected (they show a subtle "Not shared by [Provider]" note rather than a lock), because your partner isn't managing them.
If you have no PMS integration (including iCal-only calendars) or you connect Airbnb via Hospitable Connect (which only sends a base price), you can connect PriceLabs dynamic pricing to have optimized nightly prices and minimum stays written directly to your Haven calendar. Hosts on a full PMS won't see this option — connect PriceLabs inside your PMS instead, and its prices reach Haven through your existing sync.
Haven guidebooks work for reservations synced from Airbnb, Vrbo, and your PMS — you do not need a Haven booking website. In Edit listing → Arrival guide → Guest verification, you can opt a listing into:
Haven auto-sends a personal guidebook link through your PMS message channel when auto-send is enabled. Guests open that link to complete agreement / ID steps; trip members can still browse general guide content.
When a cancellation syncs from the partner, Haven cancels Truvi and refunds unused Screen & Protect nights (before check-in). If a cancel never reaches Haven, use Cancel add-ons on that reservation. See Guest Verification and Guest Portal.
Separate from PMS data sync, Haven also lets you add your own Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager tags to your public booking pages, with optional server-side conversions for accurate booking attribution. See Conversion Tracking & Analytics to set these up and test them.
