Hostfully Integration

Haven connects to Hostfully natively — one click, no API keys to paste. Hostfully stays your operations PMS and channel manager; Haven is the branded direct-booking site, checkout, guest guide, CRM, and protection on top.

How to connect

1. Sign in to Haven and open Integrations.
2. Choose Connect Hostfully.
3. Sign in to Hostfully and approve Haven's access. That authorizes your whole agency in one step.
4. Pick which properties to publish on Haven (or turn on auto-import for everything, including future listings).

What syncs from Hostfully

• Listing content — titles, descriptions, photos (in your Hostfully order), amenities, house rules, wifi details, check-in/check-out times, and cancellation policy. Fields Hostfully supplies are locked in the Haven editor so the two never drift; Hostfully stays the source of truth.
• Fees and taxes — cleaning fee, security deposit, extra-guest and pet fees, custom fees, and your tax configuration mirror into Haven pricing. Anything Haven can't represent exactly (conditional fees, percent-of-total charges) is surfaced as a notice instead of being guessed.
• Calendar — nightly prices, minimum stays, check-in/check-out restrictions, and your booking window, refreshed within seconds of a change via webhooks.
• Reservations — bookings, booking requests, holds, and blocks from every channel Hostfully manages appear on your Haven calendar. Inquiries are tracked without blocking dates (Hostfully keeps selling those nights, so Haven does too).
• Guest messages — messages on Hostfully threads arrive in Haven Messages.
• Reviews — guest reviews from your connected channels import as testimonials you can feature on your site.

What Haven writes back

• Direct bookings taken on your Haven site are created in Hostfully immediately (confirmed bookings as BOOKED, requests as holds), so your channels close the dates. The Stripe charge is recorded on the Hostfully order, and the booking carries your Haven reservation code.
• Guest messages you send from Haven — including the automatic guidebook welcome and pre-check-in sends — go out through Hostfully: into the OTA thread for Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com stays, and by email for everything else.
• Rates and stay rules, if you flip a listing's pricing to "Manage in Haven" — Haven then pushes prices, minimum stays, and check-in/out rules back to Hostfully.
• Blocks you create in Haven are pushed as Hostfully blocks; releasing them removes only the blocks Haven created.

Guidebooks

Hostfully has its own guidebook product; Haven imports its link for reference and runs Haven's guest guide on your own domain. If guidebook auto-send is on, Haven delivers the guide over the Hostfully thread, email, and the Haven inbox — you choose which product your guests see.

Disconnecting

Disconnect from the Integrations tab any time. Imported properties stay in Haven, but syncing stops. To fully revoke Haven's access on Hostfully's side, also remove Haven in your Hostfully Integration Zone.
