Import a Listing by URL (content only, no calendar sync)

If you want to bring a listing into Haven without connecting an account or syncing calendars and reservations, paste its public URL. Haven scrapes the page and imports the listing content for you. This is a one-time content import — it does not create an ongoing connection.

This is the answer to "Can I import my Airbnb listing without syncing my calendar or reservations?" — yes. Use Import from URL. It is separate from the direct Airbnb integration, which is the path that keeps calendars and reservations in sync.

How to import from a URL

1. Open your Host Dashboard and choose Add listing.
2. Select Import from URL.
3. Paste one or more public listing URLs (Airbnb, Vrbo, Evolve, or a direct booking site) and start the import.
4. Haven imports the details in the background and drops the new property into your dashboard when it finishes.

You can also do this during onboarding.

What gets imported

• Title, description, and location
• Photos
• Amenities and listing details
• Public guest reviews (imported as testimonials)
• The starting nightly price

What does NOT get imported

URL import is content only. It does not:

• Sync your calendar or availability
• Import reservations or bookings
• Set up any ongoing/live sync — nothing updates automatically after the one-time import
• Push Haven bookings or blocks back to the source listing

Because there is no calendar or reservation sync, you manage availability yourself after importing. Set your dates under Availability, or connect an external calendar with Calendar Sync (iCal).

Choose Import from URL when you specifically do not want calendar or reservation sync. Choose Connect Airbnb when you want Haven to keep availability and reservations aligned.
