If you run Guesty, Lodgify, Hostfully, Hostaway, Hostex — or essentially any PMS or channel manager without a native Haven connection — you can connect Haven today through Haven's direct Airbnb integration. Your PMS already pushes your listings and rates to Airbnb; you connect your Airbnb account to Haven, and Haven imports those listings and keeps supported content, calendars, and pricing aligned.
You do not need a Hospitable account. Hospitable powers the partner connection behind the scenes, but the account you authorize and manage is your Airbnb account.
No. For launching a direct booking site and running guest experience on top of your existing stack, connecting via Airbnb is the same Haven product — not a lite mode. You get listing import, calendar sync, reservations in Haven, branded checkout, guest app, guidebooks, and protection.
What is different: Haven reaches your PMS through Airbnb, not the PMS private API. Some PMS-only fields that never reach Airbnb do not sync through this path. Haven can send daily price changes to Airbnb, but the connection cannot create an Airbnb reservation or write availability blocks through the API.
So Haven direct bookings and Haven-created manual blocks reach your channels through the property's Haven iCal feed. Where you add that feed matters:
Do not add it in both places. Airbnb does not pass an iCal-sourced block back to a connected PMS, so adding it to Airbnb alone leaves every other channel your PMS feeds still open and bookable — and adding it to both makes Airbnb hold the same nights twice.
Haven surfaces the iCal setup path for listings that require it.
Just want the listing content, not calendar or reservation sync? Use Import a Listing by URL instead. Pasting a public Airbnb URL does a one-time content import (photos, description, amenities, reviews) and does not sync calendars or reservations. The direct Airbnb integration below is the path that keeps availability and reservations aligned.
Airbnb only shares listings where the connected Airbnb user is the primary listing owner. A co-host-only Airbnb account may return no importable listings.
Managing properties for multiple owners? With Agency Mode enabled, each client is their own Haven account connected to yours — you switch into a client's account and connect their Airbnb there, and your own dashboard shows every client's listings in aggregate.
The API connection itself does not create or cancel Airbnb reservations and does not write blocked/open dates, minimum stays, or check-in/check-out rules to Airbnb.
For the complete field-by-field, direction, and webhook matrix, see Direct Airbnb Integration Sync and Webhook Reference.
Native Lodgify, Hostfully, and Hostaway connectors are on the roadmap. Native Guesty is available to enabled beta accounts. If a native connector is not available for your account, the direct Airbnb path remains available.
