Haven connects to Smoobu natively with a Smoobu API key. Your listings' structure, rates, availability, reservations, and guest messages stay in sync while Smoobu remains your operations hub.
Native Smoobu connect is rolling out gradually. If you do not see a Connect Smoobu card on your Integrations tab yet, connect through Airbnb instead (see Connect Airbnb via your PMS).
Two things can block the connection:

Smoobu's API has no photos, descriptions, house rules, check-in times, fees, taxes, cancellation policy or reviews. Add these in Haven. They stay yours to edit and Smoobu never overwrites them. To bring photos and copy over quickly, import them from your Airbnb listing or your own website.
Direct bookings. A booking made on your Haven site appears in Smoobu as a paid booking with the guest's name, your listing's check-in and check-out times, the price lines, and the guest's real email and phone in the booking notes. Its nights close on every channel Smoobu manages. Cancelling it in Haven cancels it in Smoobu.
Booking requests. When "Hold dates for pending requests" is on, a request shows in Smoobu as a block with the guest's name, dates, guest count and quoted total in its notes. Approving the request in Haven turns the block into the booking; declining it, or letting it expire, removes the block.

Check-in and check-out times when a guest buys an early check-in or late checkout.
Messages. Replies from the Haven inbox, AI replies, booking automations, and guidebook links go through Smoobu, which delivers them on the booking's own channel: Airbnb and Booking.com messaging, or email for direct bookings. Airbnb and Booking.com show messages as plain text, and Booking.com may remove links.
On the Smoobu card choose Disconnect. Imported listings stay in Haven. The API key stays valid in Smoobu until you delete it there.
