Switch or Add a PMS Without Duplicating Your Properties

When you connect a PMS or Airbnb while you already have properties on Haven, Haven asks you to match the incoming listings to those properties before it imports anything. A matched property keeps everything you built on Haven and starts syncing from the new connection. It is not created twice, and you are not billed for it twice.

This covers moving from one source to another (for example from Airbnb through Hospitable Connect to native Lodgify), adding Airbnb to sites you built by hand, and reconnecting after a disconnect, as many times as you need.

What happens when you connect

1. Connect the new integration from Settings → Integrations (or during onboarding).
2. If you have properties that this connection's listings might be, the Match your listings window opens. Until you finish, nothing imports from that connection, and the Integrations page shows Match your [PMS] listings — imports are paused until you do.
3. Each incoming listing appears on the left with its cover photo, and the Haven property it becomes appears on the right:
   • Same Airbnb listing: both share an Airbnb listing ID. Haven pairs these for you.
   • Suggested: same street address or a near-identical name. Click Accept, or Accept all suggestions. A suggestion never applies until you accept it.
   • New property: no match was found. Click the target to pick one of your properties instead, or choose Don't import.
4. Click Review. Haven lists what will change, then click Move N properties.

Prefer to import everything as new? Click Import the usual way and the normal import choice appears.

What a matched property keeps, and what changes

The old source	Stops syncing this property

Haven keeps your content by unlocking each synced field on the property. To have the new PMS manage a field again, open Edit listing and use the sync lock on that field to re-lock it. The next sync then fills it from the PMS.

Billing

Matching never adds a property, so it never changes your bill. Only listings you import as New property count as new properties, and you see the charge before you confirm. The window's footer shows No extra charge when nothing new is being created.

Retiring the old source

When every property a connection fed has moved, the confirmation offers Disconnect for it. Disconnect it from Settings → Integrations so it stops syncing.

Matching again later

Every connected PMS that can list its listings has a Match listings button on Settings → Integrations. Use it after a reconnect, or whenever you want to move a property to a different source. A listing a partner moved to your account can't be matched here; the partner takes it back first.
