Lodgify Integration

Haven connects to Lodgify natively with your Lodgify API key — listings, photos, rates, availability, reservations, and guest messages stay in sync while Lodgify remains your operations hub.

Connect

1. In Lodgify, open Settings → Public API (direct link) and copy your API key. The Public API is included on most Lodgify plans (not Starter) — if the page is missing, contact Lodgify about upgrading.
2. In Haven, go to Integrations → Connect Lodgify and paste the key.
3. Pick which listings to import (each Lodgify room type becomes its own Haven listing; multi-room properties are labelled "House — Room").

What syncs

• Listing content — title, description, address, guest/bedroom/ bathroom counts, amenities, photos (in your Lodgify order), pets and adults-only rules, check-in/check-out times. Synced fields are locked in the Haven editor so Lodgify stays the source of truth; you can unlock individual fields.
• Fees & taxes — cleaning/linen and similar fees, plus your Lodgify tax rules. Anything Haven can't represent exactly (for example per-person tourist taxes) is flagged on the listing instead of being charged wrongly.
• Cancellation policy & security deposit — read from your Lodgify rate policy.
• Calendar — two-way — nightly rates, minimum stays, blocked dates, check-in/out day rules, and your booking window sync in. If you turn on "Manage pricing in Haven", Haven pushes rates and blocks back to Lodgify.
• Reservations — two-way — bookings from any channel in Lodgify block your Haven calendar within seconds; Haven direct bookings appear in Lodgify (source "Book with Haven") with the guest details and a note showing what was charged. Booking requests hold dates as Tentative until you approve. Payments stay on Haven's Stripe — amounts won't show as "paid" inside Lodgify.
• Guest messages — messages guests send in Lodgify threads appear in Haven's inbox; guidebook sends and host replies post back to the Lodgify thread.
• Add-ons — Lodgify add-ons import as Haven offers where their pricing maps exactly.

Not synced: reviews (Lodgify has no reviews API) and listing edits made in Haven (Lodgify content is one-way in).

Good to know

• One test booking helps. Lodgify requires an internal "website id" for API bookings, which Haven learns from any existing booking in your account. Brand-new accounts with zero bookings ever should create one test booking in Lodgify first (any dates — you can delete it).
• Disconnecting stops syncing but leaves imported listings in Haven. Your API key stays valid in Lodgify until you regenerate it there.
• Multi-unit room types (several identical units pooled under one room type) import read-only for now.
