theHostCo Integration

Haven connects natively to theHostCo, an all-in-one operations platform for vacation rental managers that covers guest communication, cleaning, task automation, and channel management. Connecting theHostCo lets you add a branded direct booking site, guest app, and protection layer to the properties you already manage — without rebuilding your catalog.

How it fits together

theHostCo stays your system of record for operations — Haven does not touch your cleaning, messaging, or task automations. Haven layers a branded direct booking site and guest experience on top, and keeps calendars and reservations coordinated so you work from one availability picture.

• Your listings, availability, and reservations mirror into Haven so you don't duplicate data entry.
• Updates to listing details in theHostCo flow to Haven automatically.
• Bookings taken on your Haven site sync back so availability stays aligned and you can manage stays from either platform.

Setting up the integration

1. Connect your account. Go to your Host Dashboard and open the Integrations tab. Find the theHostCo card and click Connect, then authorize the connection. Haven requests only the access it needs to sync properties, calendars, and reservations.
2. Pick your properties. Choose which theHostCo listings you want in Haven. Details, photos, and availability import automatically, so you're not starting from a blank page. You can bring over a subset first if you want to pilot direct booking before rolling out to your whole portfolio.
3. Go live with direct booking. Publish your branded Haven site and checkout. Changes in either system stay in sync from then on.

What syncs

When you connect theHostCo, Haven keeps the following coordinated:

• Property details — listings, photos, and details you maintain in theHostCo import into Haven.
• Calendar & availability — bookings and blocks flow both ways in near real-time, so your direct site and theHostCo stay on the same schedule.
• Reservations — confirmations, changes, and cancellations are mirrored so every stay has a single source of truth.
• Guest experience tools — the Haven guest app, messaging, and protection are available on bookings that originated in theHostCo.

Will my theHostCo operations workflows still run? Yes. theHostCo remains the system of record for operations. Haven does not touch your cleaning, messaging, or task automations — it adds direct booking and guest experience on top.
