Use the Document Builder to create printable PDFs for your properties. These documents are designed to be posted inside your property so guests can quickly access key information or rebook.

From the Host Dashboard:
- Go to your Host Dashboard
- Open the Extras tab and expand the Documents card
- Choose a property and document type (House Manual, Business Cards, or Rebooking Signs)
From the Edit Listing page:
- Open your property's Edit Listing page
- Go to the Arrival guide tab
- Find House Manual, Business cards, or Rebooking signs
Generate a multi-page House Manual — a printable welcome book that combines a custom cover, a warm welcome message, your house rules, a curated local guide with QR codes, and in-stay store products into a single polished PDF. Place it on the kitchen counter, coffee table, or entryway so arriving guests have everything they need on day one.
How to generate it:
- Go to your property's Edit Listing page
- Open the Arrival guide tab
- Find the House Manual section
- Customize the welcome text, pick a rebooking discount code, and preview the flipbook
- Download the PDF, print it, and leave it inside the property for arriving guests
What it includes:
- A branded cover featuring your property name and photo
- A warm welcome message to set the tone
- QR code linking guests to your direct booking page
- A House Rules & Information summary page (essentials at a glance: WiFi, check-in/out, quiet hours, emergency contact, getting in, directions, during-stay notes, and numbered checkout / safety / good-to-know lists) — auto-built from your property settings and refreshed every time you regenerate the document

- Choose your property and download the PDF
- Print on standard letter paper, fold along the score lines, and place in a few visible spots

- Each sign includes a QR code to your booking page and optional discount code

Separate from the printable house manual: when a property requires a digital
rental agreement, every signed booking generates an immutable PDF stamped
with the signer's name, IP address, browser, timestamp, and agreement version.

portfolio from the Documents → Signed agreements tab. The rental agreement
supersedes a static PDF terms attachment for hosts who want signatures rather

- Download or print the PDF
To customize what appears:
- Update your house rules in the House Rules section of the property editor
- Update WiFi credentials in the Amenities section
- Update check-in and check-out times in Check-in Details
- Update contact phone or email in General Info
- Print on standard letter paper for a clean, consistent look
- Keep PDFs updated any time you change rules or WiFi details
- Store a digital copy for easy reprinting
- Missing house rules: Add or update house rules in the property editor and regenerate the document
- Incorrect WiFi information: Update WiFi network and password and regenerate the PDF
- QR code does not scan: Reprint the sheet at full size and ensure the QR code is not cropped
