Generate a multi-page House Manual — a printable welcome book that combines a custom cover, a warm welcome message, your house rules, a curated local guide with QR codes, and in-stay store products into a single polished PDF. Place it on the kitchen counter, coffee table, or entryway so arriving guests have everything they need on day one.
If that content already lives in another guidebook, import it under Edit Listing → Arrival before you generate the PDF, so the printed book matches the guest guide.
How to generate it:
In the guest guide too: your manual is added to the Guest Portal automatically — there is nothing to export. The guide's Home tab shows a House manual tile that opens it inside the guide, so a guest finds it without hunting. Haven builds it the first time you open Edit Listing → Arrival, and refreshes it a few seconds after you stop editing the manual. You do not have to open the editor first: tapping Add on the amber House manual tile in the guide's phone preview creates the manual from your listing and puts it in the guide in one step. Download PDF does the same, and exporting again after an edit refreshes the tile. Because the manual prints your Wi-Fi password and door codes, the tile appears once the guest's arrival details unlock, like the Wi-Fi tile. The manual is a snapshot of your listing: after changing Wi-Fi or door details, update them in the manual too (or use Start over from the Haven template in its version history), and the guide's copy follows a few seconds later. To keep the manual print-only, turn off Show in guest guide at the top of the House Manual editor in Edit Listing → Arrival (or its switch under Edit Listing → Arrival → Guide components); turn it back on (or use Add page → Bring back a built-in) to restore it.

Separate from the printable house manual: when a property requires a digital rental agreement, every signed booking generates an immutable PDF stamped with the signer's name, IP address, browser, timestamp, and agreement version. You can browse and download the catalog of every signed agreement across your portfolio from the Documents → Signed agreements tab.
