Haven can print your property materials professionally and ship them to your
door — so you don't have to fuss with home printers, card stock, or a local
print shop. You design everything from your property's photos and branding, and
Haven handles printing and delivery.
This is a paid print product. It's separate from the free downloadable PDFs
in the Document Builder — you can always print those
yourself at no cost. Ordering here gets you finished, professionally printed
pieces mailed to you.
Pocket-sized cards branded with your property. The front shows your property
photo, name, and a QR code to your direct booking site; the back shows your
logo on a clean navy field (or your property name). Leave them in the property,
tuck them into your welcome book, or hand them to guests at checkout so past
guests — and the friends they refer — can rebook in a single scan.
Two finishes are available:
- Standard (Coated Silk) — smooth 350gsm coated silk with crisp color and a
subtle sheen. Order 100, 250, or 500 cards.
- Premium Matte (Uncoated) — natural 110lb uncoated stock that's soft,
tactile, and writable. Order 100, 200, or 500 cards.
All cards are the standard US business-card size (3.5″ × 2″), printed in full
color on both sides.
Premium clear-acrylic signs with standoff mounts, designed to live inside the
property. Each is sold individually (order 1, 2, or 3):
- Scan spot sign (8×8″) — a square sign with the spot's title, your logo and
brand color, and a large QR code guests scan for instructions, photos, and
video.
- Property sign (12×18″) — a portrait sign with a full-bleed property photo,
your brand color and logo, your headline, and a QR code to your direct booking
site.
- Guest portal sign (8×8″) — a square sign with your brand color and logo
and a large QR code that opens your guide for Wi-Fi, check-in, the house
manual, and direct chat. It's the mounted counterpart to the free foldable
table tent.
You can start an order from the place you already design each piece:
- Open the property's Edit Listing page and go to the Arrival guide tab.
- Find the Business cards, Property sign, or Guest portal sign
section and click the option to order printed copies.
Each order is tied to one property (or one multi-unit site landing page), so the
QR codes point at the right booking page or guide.
Ordering opens a checkout window with a live price summary on one side and a
short form on the other:
- Pick a style and quantity. The price updates as you change your
selection. For business cards, you can also open the print partner's material
page to inspect the real stock before you commit.
- Enter your shipping address. Haven pre-fills it from the property's
address (and your accounting profile) to save typing, and offers an
address-autocomplete field. Add the email you'd like delivery updates sent
to.
- Choose a shipping method. Once your address is complete, Haven quotes the
available delivery options and estimated delivery dates automatically.
- Approve the design proof. Check the box confirming you approve the proof.
Your materials print exactly as shown, so review it carefully — refunds
aren't available for approved design errors.
- Approve proof & pay. You're taken to secure checkout powered by Stripe.
After paying, you return to Haven and your new order appears in your order
history.
The total you pay is the printing cost plus shipping, both shown before you pay.
Shipping is US-only today. Orders ship to United States addresses. If you
need delivery elsewhere, download the free PDF from the
Document Builder and print it locally.
Your full order history lives in the Orders view of your printable media,
newest first. Each order shows the style, quantity, total charged, and the
shipping address, and moves through these statuses:
- Order received — payment succeeded and the order is queued for printing.
- Printing — your materials are in production.
- Shipped — on the way; a tracking link appears here once it's available.
- Delivered — the carrier has marked it delivered.
- Needs attention — something needs a closer look; the Haven team is
notified and will make it right.
- Canceled — the order was canceled.
Tracking numbers and carrier links appear on each order as soon as your package
ships.
- Point cards and signs at the right page. Order from the specific property
(or landing page) you want the QR code to open, so guests land on the correct
booking page or guide.
- Add a repeat-guest discount. The rebooking QR codes can carry a discount
code, so returning guests get a reason to book direct. See
Setting Up Discounts.
- Proof before you approve. Double-check spelling, the property photo, and
that the QR code scans in the on-screen proof before approving — approved
design errors aren't refundable.
