White Glove Onboarding

White glove onboarding is Haven's free, hands-on setup. A person from the Haven team works with you until your property site, guest CRM, marketing, and anything else you need is arranged the way you want it.

There is no charge for the consultation or for the onboarding itself. You do not have to configure every setting on your own before you go live.

This is not the same as ordering printed business cards or signs. Those are a separate paid print product — see Order Professionally Printed Cards & Signs if that is what you need.

When to use white glove onboarding

• You would rather have Haven stand up the site than configure it yourself.
• You already have properties, a website, or a domain, and want the team to import, brand, and point everything.
• You want help with the guest CRM, marketing, or other parts of Haven until they feel right.
• You are new to Haven and want a guided path rather than a self-serve checklist.

What the team helps with

The work follows what you actually need, which can include:

• Importing properties and building your branded booking site
• Connecting a domain you already own, or helping you claim a new one
• Setting up the guest CRM and marketing so they match how you want to stay in touch
• Walking through bookings, payouts, and any other part of Haven until you are comfortable

Haven stays with you until the setup matches how you want to run things — the site, the CRM, marketing, and anything else that belongs in that picture.

How to get started

Reach the team either way:

1. Send a message on the Contact page. Mention that you want white glove onboarding, and someone will follow up.
2. Schedule a call on Calendly. Pick a time that works, and we will walk through what you have and what you want set up.

You can also request it from the pricing page ("Want Haven to set it up for you?") if you are still choosing a plan.

What white glove onboarding is not

• Not printed cards or signs. Ordering professionally printed business cards and acrylic signs is a separate paid product. See Order Professionally Printed Cards & Signs.
• Not Haven Photography or Interior Styling. Those are optional paid services you request when you want a shoot or a styling plan. See Haven Photography and Haven Interior Styling.
• Not a substitute for a plan. White glove gets you set up. Taking public bookings still requires a paid plan and connected Stripe payouts, as described in Dashboard Tour and Setup Checklist.
