Use the assets on Airbnb, Vrbo, your own Haven site, social, print, anywhere. No lock-in. The files are yours.

When to consider Haven Photography

You're launching a new property and want strong photos from day one.
Your existing photos are taken on a phone, look dated, or were provided by a former PMS / co-host you no longer work with.
You want video and drone assets — not just stills — so your property and Haven site can stand out across channels.
You're rebranding, expanding to a custom domain, or running a paid marketing push and need fresh creative.

What you get

Still photography — interior and exterior, color-corrected and ready for properties, web, and print.
Property video — short cinematic walk-throughs designed for OTAs and social.
Drone / aerial — exterior context and surroundings (subject to FAA / local airspace rules).
Full commercial license — Haven does not own or restrict your use of the files. You keep them when you leave Haven.

How to request a shoot

From the marketing site: visit Haven Photography and click Request a shoot.
From your dashboard: open Services in the host dashboard and click Request a shoot on the hero card or empty state.

You'll select disciplines (stills / video / drone), suggested dates, and add any notes. The request goes to the Haven Services team and a coordinator reaches out by email to confirm dates and logistics.

After the shoot

Final files are delivered as high-resolution downloads in your dashboard.
Use them anywhere — Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, your Haven site, social, ads, print. There is no platform restriction.
If you'd like Haven to push the new gallery onto your Haven site, the Services team can coordinate that.

What Haven Photography is not

It's not a self-serve photographer marketplace. Each shoot is coordinated by Haven.
It does not replace your existing property photos on Airbnb / Vrbo automatically — you upload them wherever you want.
It does not affect your Haven plan or fees beyond the agreed shoot pricing.

Pricing

Pricing scales with disciplines, market, and shoot length. The coordinator confirms a flat per-shoot quote before booking — no surprise charges.
