Hire a Cleaner from the Haven Network

The Haven pro network lists vetted turnover cleaners alongside photographers and designers. Add one to your team from their profile and every confirmed booking on the listings you choose creates the clean, offers it to them by text, collects the finished-job photos, and pays them from the card on your account. There is no request form and no Haven staff in between: the cleaner joins your roster the moment you click.

When to Use the Network

You have a new listing, or a new market, and no cleaner yet.
Your current cleaner needs a backup for busy weeks or time off.
You want turnover cleans to run without drafting a message every checkout day.

If you already have a cleaner, you do not need the network. Import the contacts on your listings or add them by phone number in Messages → Tasks → Contacts; see Fulfillment: Tasks, Contacts, and Payouts.

How to Add a Cleaner to Your Team

Step 1: Find a cleaner

Open the directory at bookwithhaven.com/services/pros/cleaners, or click Find a cleaner at the top of your contact roster (Messages → Tasks → Contacts). Filter by location. Each profile shows the services offered (turnover, deep clean, laundry, linens, restocking, inspection), a starting rate per turnover, team size, insurance status, and the areas served. Haven reviews every application before a profile is listed.

Step 2: Add them to your team

On the cleaner's profile, click Add {name} to my team. If you are signed out, sign in first and you land back on the same picker.

Step 3: Pick listings

A dialog lists your properties with their current turnover cleaner, if any. Tick the listings this cleaner should be the default for. Listings with no cleaner are pre-selected. You can also add them with no listings ticked; they still join your roster for manual assignment.

Step 4: Done

The cleaner appears in your contacts with a Haven pro badge linking to their profile, and each ticked listing now has a turnover rule naming them. Haven emails the cleaner to say you added them.

What Happens Next

Every confirmed booking creates the clean. Direct, manual, and PMS- or OTA-synced reservations on a covered listing create a turnover task due on checkout day at your checkout time.
The offer goes out by text. The cleaner gets the job by SMS, WhatsApp, or email with a respond-by deadline, and replies Y to take it. A decline or a missed deadline escalates to the backup you name in Messages → Tasks → Defaults.
Photos come back when it is done. DONE closes the task; photos texted back attach to it next to the reference photos you provided.
Payouts run from your card. When the job is marked done, the rate on the task is charged to the card on your account and transferred to the cleaner's own Stripe account. Approve each payout by hand, or turn on auto-pay per listing in Defaults.

Rates, Backups, and Removal

The cleaner's published starting rate is copied to their contact as the default rate. Change it per listing in Defaults; the rate on the task is what they are paid.
A network cleaner can be the primary on one listing and the backup on another, and can sit beside a cleaner you added yourself.
To stop sending them work, remove them from the listing's turnover rule in Defaults, or mark the contact inactive in Contacts. Existing accepted jobs are not cancelled.

What Does NOT Happen

No Haven fee is added to a cleaning job. The rate on the task is the amount paid.
The cleaner does not see your card, your guests, or your other properties. They see the job: address, notes, checklist, reference photos.
Adding a cleaner from the network does not credit them a referral. The ambassador program pays pros only for hosts they bring to Haven themselves.
