If you are a photographer, interior designer, or turnover cleaner, your Haven account is a studio, not a host dashboard. It holds your application and public profile, the jobs and hosts Haven routes to you, delivery into the client's library, and the ambassador program that pays you a share of what the hosts you bring pay Haven.
- Start on the join page for your trade: photographers, designers and stylists, or cleaners. Enter your email and create an account. The account is stamped as a pro, so you never see host onboarding.
- Fill in the basics: your trade, disciplines or cleaning services, business name, city, and a portfolio link.
- Build your profile in Profile. A photo, a headline and a few lines about your work, work samples or a portfolio link, the regions you serve, and your rates make up the setup checklist on Home.
- Click Submit for review once the checklist is green. Haven reviews within about five business days; you are emailed when it is approved, waitlisted, or declined.
Your profile is private until approval. Once approved it is listed in the Haven pro directory with a link back to your own site, and your Links page (a link-in-bio page on Haven) goes live.
Jobs lists every request Haven has routed to you and every request where a host asked for you by name. Open a job for:
- The client card — the host's name, email, phone, the property's title and address, a link to their Haven site, and their notes and preferred dates. Contact details appear once Haven assigns the job to you.
- Schedule — set the date and a note; the host and Haven are told.
- Thread — messages between you and the Haven services team about this job. Hosts do not see this thread; Haven relays anything they need.
- Delivery — drop photos and videos straight into the client's Haven library. They land in the host's listing gallery with a Haven badge, and the host is emailed. You can retract a file within 24 hours; after that it is the host's.
- Mark delivered and Complete — close the job once the files are in.
Cleaners do not receive Haven-routed requests. Hosts add you to their team from your profile, or Haven links you to a roster entry a host already made for you when your email or phone matches. My hosts shows every host who has you on their turnover roster, the listings you cover, the jobs open right now, and what each host has paid you.
Jobs still arrive by text: reply Y to accept, DONE when finished, and text photos of the finished job. The Respond and Open job buttons on My hosts open the same no-login job page the text links to.
The Ambassador tab is the referral program. It is optional and separate from being in the network.
- Who counts as your referral — a host who signs up through your referral link, your QR code, or an email invite you send from the Ambassador tab. A host already on Haven who hires you is a client, not a referral.
- What you earn — 50% of what each referred host pays Haven, for their first 12 months, paid to your Stripe account.
- Invite your hosts — email a host you already work with from the Ambassador tab. If they sign up, even without clicking the link, they count as your referral. For cleaners, the invited host also gets you on their turnover roster before their first booking.
- Referral status — each host shows as Invited, Signed up, Earning, Paused (back on the free plan), or Window ended, with the months left and what they have earned you so far.
- Payouts — connect Stripe once on the Ambassador tab. Referral earnings and, for cleaners, turnover payouts from every host both land in that account.
You can join or leave the program at any time from the Ambassador tab. Leaving does not affect your listing, jobs, or link page.
Haven emails you when your application is received, submitted, approved, waitlisted, or declined; when a referred host signs up or subscribes; when an earning accrues, is paid, or is reversed; when a host adds you to their team; when a referral window is about to end; and a monthly summary of referrals and earnings. Each one can be turned off from its footer.
