Broadcasts, campaign emails, and custom flow emails open in a full-page composer that draws the message the way a guest will see it. You write inside that drawing — header, subject, body, and blocks — and the same HTML is what lands in the inbox.
Lifecycle and transactional templates still use fixed sections. This article is for the freeform emails you compose yourself.

Click the header on the canvas to choose how the letterhead looks. A panel opens to the right of the email so you can see the header change as you edit. The four styles are:
Photo styles reveal:
If the header has its own title, that title is the headline inside the email. The inbox subject still exists; it moves to a compact Subject field above the canvas so it is not repeated as a second heading.
You can still remove the header entirely. A removed header does not fall back to Haven's wordmark.
Type / or press + to insert a block. Each one is configured in a dialog and previewed with the same renderer the send path uses.
