Import Upsells from a Website

Point Haven at any page that lists packages, add-ons, retreats, or holiday menus — your site, a partner's, a third-party operator, any domain — or paste a PDF menu. Haven reads the offers and drafts native experiences and add-ons, so guests can actually buy what they used to only read about.

How it works

In any host surface that creates upsells (the Upsells studio is the usual one), choose Import from website and paste the page URL. Any public site, any domain — there is no "must be your website" check. You can also paste raw text (a PDF menu, a price list, an email).
Haven fetches the page and follows links on that same site that look like offer pages (add-ons, events, retreats, packages), so multi-page catalogs import in one run. Sibling-page discovery stays on the URL you pasted so one import cannot wander the rest of the web.
AI extracts each distinct offer as a candidate: name, tagline, description, pricing model and price, quantities, scheduling hints, party rules, and images — each with a confidence level and the exact source excerpt it came from.
Reading runs in the background. A multi-page site takes a minute or so, so you can close the dialog and keep working — the Import from website button shows "Reading your site…" while it runs, then turns into Review N offers when the run lands (you also get a notification with a Review button).
You review before anything goes live. Approve, edit, or discard each candidate. Approved candidates open pre-filled in the normal editor for a final check.

What the import will and won't do

It never invents prices. If the page says "from $150" or doesn't state a price, the candidate is flagged unresolved and the price is left for you — or set to the quote model when the source says "price on request".
Sizes and tiers become price options. A platter listed as "Large $125 / Medium $75" imports as one offer with two named price options the guest picks between, not two separate offers and not a single guessed price. Extras phrased as "add an extra person for $20" import as optional paid extras. Both appear in the review list with their own amounts, and only import when the page stated them in your properties' currency.
It flags what it isn't sure about. Low-confidence fields are marked so you know where to look; the source excerpt is shown beside each candidate.
It handles currency honestly. Prices import in the currency the page states. If that doesn't match the property's currency, the candidate is flagged instead of silently converted.
Images are suggestions. Photos found on the page are offered as cover-photo candidates; nothing is copied until you approve it.
Re-imports match, not duplicate. Running the import again on the same site updates existing candidates rather than creating doubles.

After importing

Imported items are ordinary native upsells: attach them to properties, refine pricing with party-size rules, add inventory and scheduling, and watch sales land in the fulfillment queue. Everything sells through your Stripe account with 0% Haven commission.
