Performance Reports and CSV Exports

The Reports & exports section at the bottom of the Performance page downloads your data as CSV files — for your accountant, your spreadsheet, or your records. Every report is generated from the same data as the page itself, scoped to the same date range, property filter, and (for agencies) client filter you have selected, so the CSV can never disagree with what's on screen.

The six reports

• Bookings — every stay in the range, one row per booking, with the money columns per booking: accommodation, fees, taxes, discounts, and total guest charges, plus check-in/check-out dates, nights, status, source channel, the date it was booked, and party size. The workhorse report for bookkeeping.
• Revenue — occupancy by month plus revenue broken down by booking source. The month-over-month view for a spreadsheet or a lender.
• Payments — every payment transaction in the range with its status, amounts, and refunds. Use it to reconcile against your Stripe payouts — see Scheduled Payouts.
• Taxes — taxes collected per stay, formatted for filing. For jurisdiction-level filing summaries, the Payouts → Tax obligations tab has dedicated exports too — see Taxes.
• Guests — arrivals in the range with party size, booking lead time, stay length, and a repeat-guest flag. Useful for understanding who books you and for building outreach lists.
• Properties — the property comparison table as a file: one row per property with revenue, booked and available nights, occupancy, average nightly rate, RevPAR, the RevPAR change versus the comparison window, and the plain-English reading.

How to download

1. Open Performance in the Host Dashboard sidebar.
2. Set the range, property, and client filters to what you want the file to cover — the exports honor them exactly.
3. Scroll to Reports & exports and click the report. The CSV downloads with the range in the filename (e.g. haven-bookings-2026-01-01_2026-06-30.csv).

Notes on the numbers

The same honesty rules as the page apply to the files:

• Stays a channel reported without financials appear in the Bookings report with empty money columns rather than zeros pretending to be real amounts.
• Amounts are in your report currency; a property priced in a different currency is excluded (and noted on the page).
• Money columns are what guests were charged. What lands in your bank after processing is on the Payouts tab — see Scheduled Payouts.
