Every visit is tracked through seven stages: Arrived → Looked around → Checked dates → Picked dates → Clicked reserve → Reached checkout → Booked. The funnel shows how many visitors reached each stage and how many dropped off at it — so instead of guessing why traffic isn't converting, you can see that (for example) plenty of people check dates but stall before reserving, and fix that (pricing, minimum stay, photos at the decision point).
Click Watch sessions on any funnel stage to jump straight to recordings of the actual visitors who stalled there.
Haven records guest sessions on your booking sites and lets you replay them like a video: every scroll, tap, gallery swipe, and date pick. It's the fastest way to understand why the numbers look the way they do — you can watch a guest hesitate at your cleaning fee or hunt for photos of the second bedroom.
Create tracked links for anywhere you promote your site — your Instagram bio, an email signature, a flyer — and every visit and booking from that link is attributed to it under Traffic sources. Each tracked link comes with a downloadable QR code, so even print materials and in-property signage are measurable.
