One Click Ads — built-in advertising

One Click Ads is Haven's built-in advertising engine. Instead of learning Google Ads or hiring an agency, you pick a property (or multi-unit site), set a small daily budget, and Haven generates and runs the entire campaign for you — the copy, the creative, the keywords, and the targeting, all specifically tuned for short-term rentals and pointed at your own direct-booking site.

Where your ads run

Google Search — show up when travelers search for places to stay in your area. Haven writes the headlines, descriptions, and keyword targeting from your listing's real content and location, so the ads capture high-intent searchers — people actively looking for a stay like yours. You review the draft ad before anything spends: approve it, fund it, and it goes live once Google approves.
ChatGPT — reach travelers asking AI where to stay. Haven creates sponsored placements inside ChatGPT targeted at people researching trips to your area — a brand-new, low-competition channel most hosts have no other way to access. The ad shows your property with your photos and links straight to your booking site.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — automatic social ads built from your listing photos and copy, reaching travelers scrolling their feeds. Rolling out now — if you don't see it yet, it's coming soon to your account.

How it works

Pick what to promote. Choose one or more of your sites — single properties or multi-unit sites.
Haven writes the ad. Copy, image selection, keywords, and targeting are generated from your actual listing — photos, amenities, location, and brand — using the same AI that powers the rest of Haven. Nothing generic; the ad is specific to your property.
Set your daily budget. Each ad has its own small daily budget you control. Fund your ad balance once and it draws down as ads run; you can top up, pause, or stop anytime.
Review and launch. Google Search ads open as a draft for you to review and approve before any money is spent. Once approved and funded, ads go live after the platform's standard review.
Haven runs it on your behalf. Haven is the advertiser of record ("Book With Haven LLC"), so you never create a Google or OpenAI ad account — Haven creates, targets, optimizes, and bills the advertising for you.
