Haven sends you an email whenever something happens on your account — a new booking, a guest inquiry, a payment dispute, a security-deposit reminder, a signed rental agreement, and more. All of these go to one list of addresses that you control, so you always know where to look and can loop in a co-host, property manager, or shared inbox.
You manage that list on Settings → Account & Notifications (the tab was previously called "Account & Security").
Host Dashboard → Settings → Account & Notifications → "Where Haven emails you".
When you first sign up, the list is seeded with your sign-up email (the address you log in with), so nothing changes until you decide to edit it.
Every host notification Haven sends routes to these addresses, including:
A few rules keep things safe:
reservations@yourbrand.com inbox). This
only changes where Haven emails you — you still log in with your
sign-up email.Even if an email is filtered or missed, you'll still see these notifications inside Haven while you're signed in — so the email list is about reach, not your only copy.
Notification recipients are an account-level setting — they are no longer edited per listing. On a property or Multi-Unit Site editor, the old "Who receives contact form emails" box is replaced by a short note that links here. Contact-form messages for all of your listings go to this one account list.
The public contact info box (the display name, location, email, phone, and WhatsApp rows shown on your property page) is still edited per listing — that's about what visitors see, not where messages are sent. See Contact Information — Public vs. In-stay.
Do notifications still go to my login email by default? Yes — your list starts with your sign-up email. You only change that if you edit the list.
Can different properties email different people? Not anymore — recipients are one account-level list shared across every listing. Add each person's address to the list, and they'll all receive contact-form messages and notifications.
Where do public contact-form messages go? To your account notification recipients (the same list on this tab). They arrive as normal email; Haven doesn't keep them in a separate inbox.
How do I close my account entirely? The Login & sessions card on this same tab has a small Close account link at the bottom. Closing disconnects your integrations, cancels your subscription, unlists your properties, and removes your login (past booking and payment records are kept). See Closing Your Account.
