Closing Your Account

If you no longer want a Haven account, you can close it yourself. Closing your account is permanent: it disconnects your integrations, cancels your subscription, unlists your properties, and removes your login. Your past booking and payment records are kept for financial history.

Before You Close

Closing is blocked until you resolve either of these:

An active paid subscription. Cancel it first from the Billing tab so you are not charged again.
Upcoming confirmed bookings. Any confirmed stay that has not yet ended must play out or be cancelled first, so a guest is never left without a host.

If either applies, the confirmation dialog tells you exactly what to fix.

How to Close Your Account

Step 1: Open Account

Go to Host Dashboard → Settings → Account & Profile (the Account tab).

Step 2: Find the Close account link

At the bottom of the Login & sessions card there is a small Close account link. It is intentionally understated — closing an account is a rare, permanent action.

Step 3: Confirm

Click Close account. In the dialog, tell us briefly why you're leaving, type your account email to confirm, then choose Close account. You will be signed out once it completes.

What Closing Does

Disconnects all integrations. Every connected service — Hospitable, Hospitable Connect, OwnerRez, Guesty, Host Co, and PriceLabs — is disconnected, and the connection is released on the partner's side where supported.
Cancels your subscription. Your Haven subscription is cancelled and your billing customer record is removed.
Unlists your properties. Your listings are archived so they no longer appear on public pages, sitemaps, or search.
Removes your login. Your sign-in is deleted, so you can no longer log in.

What Closing Keeps

Past booking and payment records are kept for financial history. Closing your account does not erase completed transactions, payouts, or the records guests and accounting rely on.

This Cannot Be Undone

There is no self-serve way to reopen a closed account. If you think you may return, consider cancelling your subscription instead of closing your account.
