The Forms tab in Marketing is where you manage how visitors join your list — a first-visit popup, plus every Form section already on a property or group page.
Open it from Host Dashboard → Marketing → Forms, or go to /host?tab=guests&marketingSub=forms.
A quiet overlay the first time someone lands on a property or group page. They can leave an email and, with consent, join the same Audience you email from.
A site-specific popup beats an all-sites popup on that page. You can have at most one all-sites popup per kind, and at most one popup per individual site.
Typography, colors, logo, and the bottom image inherit from the site they opened. Colors, logo, and the bottom image stay that way until you override them in Style — typography always follows the listing. On an all-sites popup, the editor preview can switch which site’s brand it inherits.
The popup shows once per visitor per your account, on that domain. Dismissing or submitting sets a cookie so they do not see another popup from you on the same domain — including if both a group page and a property page have one.
Custom domains cannot share that cookie with your Haven domain. A visitor who sees it on one domain may see it again on the other.
It does not show to you on your own site, inside the site editor preview, or to a signed-in visitor who is already on your Audience.
A discount is optional — you can set it in the create wizard or later in the editor. For one site you can attach an existing code or write a percent and code. For all sites, store a percent and code on the popup; Haven creates the code on the site they submitted from when they claim.
Contacts from the popup land as the Guest or Owner type you chose at create, with any tags you added. A person already on your Audience keeps their type; new tags merge onto them.
The code is still delivered if they skip the phone step. Skip leaves SMS and WhatsApp transactional-only. Continuing the email step opts Email Marketing in. Submitting a phone or WhatsApp number opts that channel in on your Audience. List SMS and WhatsApp are stored on your list for that person. They are not the account-wide Haven reservation-SMS flag guests see at checkout.
Every Form section you have added on a property or group page appears here. Add a new one from Marketing → Forms:
Each page keeps its own submissions. A form that writes to the CRM needs a marketing consent checkbox; only a checked box adds the submitter to Audience.
