Stop Emails from Haven

A marketing email from Haven can be stopped from the message itself. Use Unsubscribe at the bottom, or the one-click unsubscribe in your mail app. This page covers why the address was emailed, what that click stops, what still arrives, and what to do if you never meant to have an account.

Why Haven emailed this address

Haven's own marketing goes to an address because an account was created with this address. Some newer accounts also receive a few short notes while setup is still open.

How to stop marketing emails

Open a marketing email from Haven.
Choose Unsubscribe at the bottom of the message, or use the one-click unsubscribe in your mail app.
The confirmation says: "Marketing and rebooking offer emails will stop. Booking confirmations, receipts, and other reservation emails are unaffected."

That single click stops marketing from Haven and from every host on Haven to the address. The senders this covers include individual hosts, managers, inns, and hotels. You do not repeat the step for each sender.

What still arrives

Haven still sends account notices, and emails about a reservation: confirmations, receipts, and the other reservation emails named in the confirmation. Those messages have no unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing leaves them in place.

They stop only when the address permanently rejects delivery, or when a spam complaint is recorded for it.

No switch in Settings

Settings → Account & Profile → Notifications covers alerts and where Haven emails you. The card on that page is Notification emails. There is no marketing toggle.

If you never signed up

If this address should not have an account, ask Haven to close it. Closing Your Account explains what closing does: the login is removed, and past booking and payment records are kept. To have a person close it, use Talk to a Person at Haven. Haven has no separate do-not-contact list.
