Haven's guest search at bookwithhaven.com/stays is where travelers describe a trip in plain language — "Florida Keys, early October-ish, 2 adults and a dog" — and get matched with independently-run stays that have real availability.
Getting listed is free. Each of your places gets its own Haven site — a booking site built from the photos, description, amenities and calendar you connect. That site is what guests open from Haven's search, from AI assistants like ChatGPT, and from Google. When a guest picks dates and asks to book, Haven emails you the request. You pay Haven only when you want to accept it.
There is no commission and no guest service fee.
Guest search always opens your Haven site. It does not link to another website you run.
Haven promises travelers real availability, so connect the calendar your bookings already live on.
If you list on Airbnb, connect Airbnb — including when a property manager such as Guesty, Hostaway or Hostex publishes your Airbnb listings for you.
Haven brings over your listings, photos, rates and availability, and keeps them in sync. You do not need a Hospitable account. See Connect via Airbnb when you use another PMS.

No Airbnb or PMS? Import your listing (by pasting its link, or building it yourself), then add your calendar's iCal link in the listing's Calendar Sync section. See Calendar Sync (iCal).
Pasting a listing link on its own copies the page — photos, description, amenities — but not the calendar. Without Airbnb, a PMS or an iCal link, guests can request nights you have already booked elsewhere.

Airbnb and PMS connections usually bring in everything except the cancellation policy. The listing editor's Visibility section shows what is still missing. Newly finished listings join the search within a few minutes.

Search catches up about a minute after either switch changes. Turning bookings on does not change where the search card goes: it still opens your Haven site.

Do travelers pay Haven anything? No. Haven charges no guest service fee, and guests book at your rates.
Will my listing show for dates I've blocked? Not when your calendar syncs. Date searches answer from the Airbnb, PMS or iCal calendar you connected.
Can search send guests to the website I already have? No. Guest search always opens your Haven site, which is where guests request to book. To take bookings on your existing website, embed the booking widget there — accepting its bookings needs a plan too.
Do I need a PMS? No. Connecting Airbnb is enough.
