Get listed in Haven's guest search — free

Haven's guest search at bookwithhaven.com/stays is where travelers describe a trip in plain language — "Florida Keys, early October-ish, 2 adults and a dog" — and get matched with independently-run stays that have real availability. Being found there is free for every listing, on every plan, including Free.

There are two ways your listing's search result can send guests to book:

• To your Haven site (the default) — guests land on your Haven-built booking page.
• To your own existing website — if you keep a site elsewhere (Lodgify, OwnerRez, WordPress, custom code…), turn on Get found on Haven and the search result links travelers straight to your site instead. This article covers that option.

Either way there is no commission, no guest service fee, and no cost to appear in search. A paid plan is only ever needed to accept bookings through Haven.

What your listing needs to go live in search

1. A synced calendar — a connected PMS (Hospitable, Guesty, Lodgify, Hostfully, Hostaway, Hostex, or OwnerRez) or an iCal feed. Haven promises travelers real availability, so it never lists a stay whose open dates it can't verify. See Integrations.
2. Complete listing content — at least 3 photos, a title, a description, and a location. PMS imports usually bring all of this in automatically.
3. Your website address (link-out listings only) — the page on your own site where guests book this property.

If your rates sync from your PMS too, travelers see a real total for their dates in search results. If not, they simply see availability and get the exact price on your site.

Turn on "Get found on Haven"

1. Open your Haven dashboard and go to Settings → Booking Widget (or search "get found").
2. In the Get found on Haven card, pick the listing.
3. Paste your website address for that listing — the full https:// URL of the page where guests book.
4. Flip Show in Haven guest search on.

The card shows exactly what's still missing if the listing isn't eligible yet (photos, calendar source, and so on). Once enabled, the listing joins the search catalog within a couple of minutes.

How you'll see the traffic

• Every Haven-sent visit arrives at your site tagged utm_source=bookwithhaven&utm_medium=referral, so it shows up automatically in Google Analytics, Plausible, or whatever your site already uses.
• The Get found on Haven card counts outbound clicks from Haven search over the last 30 days.
• Optional: add the Listed on Haven badge (a small copyable snippet in the same card) to your site — it links back to Haven's guest search, which helps travelers trust the listing and strengthens both sites in search engines.

Pausing or changing the link

Flip Show in Haven guest search off at any time — your URL is kept so you can re-enable later. Changing the URL takes effect on the next catalog refresh (about a minute).

When would I pay Haven?

Only if you want Haven to take bookings for you:

• Embed the booking widget on your existing site so guests can book without leaving it — see Add Haven to your existing website.
• Publish a full Haven site and let it run your whole direct-booking presence.

Both require a paid plan (from $12/month). Listing and search traffic stay free either way — many hosts watch what Haven sends first and upgrade when the traffic proves itself.

FAQ

Do travelers pay Haven anything? No. Haven charges no guest service fee, and guests book on your site at your rates.

Will my listing show for dates I've blocked? No. Availability answers come from your synced calendar, and date searches only surface your stay when it's actually open.

Can I use this for some listings and a Haven site for others? Yes — the toggle is per listing.

What kinds of URLs are allowed? Any https:// page you control. Haven's team reviews newly enabled listings, and listings that point somewhere misleading are removed.
