Content placement decides where your headline sits over the hero photo — and the booking search bar travels with it. Choose it when the words are in the wrong place; choose the Medallion placement when you want a boutique, crest-style brand moment instead of a text headline.
Where: Property editor → left rail → Home → right panel → Hero tab → expand Text & style → Content placement. On collection sites: Home → Brand → Hero style → Content placement.
Content placement only appears when the words are on the photo — the Full bleed (and Carousel) hero layouts. Billboard and Collage put the title in a band below the image, so there's nothing to place. See Hero Layouts.

Each placement has a matching Hero overlay that darkens only the part of the photo the text needs (Centered ↔ Top fade, Stacked ↔ Bottom fade, Editorial left ↔ Left fade). Pick the placement first, then the overlay, then — if the photo's subject is still under the words — drag the focal point on that slide. The Medallion placement replaces the text headline with a centered disc holding your emblem and a short title — a crest. Selecting it reveals a Medallion content block with every option below.
Where (property site): Property editor → left rail → Home → right panel → Hero tab → Text & style → Content placement → Medallion card → "Medallion content" block appears below Where (collection site): Collection editor → left rail → Home → right panel → Brand tab → Hero style → Content placement → Medallion card → Medallion content block Applies when: Only when Content placement is Medallion. Range: Frost opacity 0–100 (default 55); Gradient strength 0–100 (default 70); Lighten fill 0–100 (default 0).
