Managing Multi-Unit Sites

Once you've created multi-unit sites, you can manage them to keep your properties organized and settings synchronized.

Viewing Multi-Unit Sites

Access your multi-unit sites from:

• Host Dashboard
• Sites → Multi-Unit
• Individual property pages (shows multi-unit site membership where relevant)

Editing Multi-Unit Site Settings

Update Shared Settings

1. Open the multi-unit site editor — From Sites → Multi-Unit, open the site you want.
2. Edit settings — Modify shared configurations in the editor.
3. Apply to members — Changes apply across the properties on that site where sharing applies.
4. Save — Save your changes.

Common Updates

• Pricing adjustments
• Availability changes
• Policy updates
• Rule modifications

Adding Properties to Multi-Unit Sites

1. Open the multi-unit site editor — Navigate to the site.
2. Choose properties — Use Choose from your portfolio (or equivalent) to attach properties.
3. Select property — Choose from your properties.
4. Save — Confirm so properties appear on the site.

Removing Properties from Multi-Unit Sites

1. Open the multi-unit site editor — Navigate to the site.
2. Find the property — Locate the property in the member list.
3. Remove — Remove it from the site.
4. Confirm — Confirm if prompted.

Note: Removing a property from a multi-unit site doesn't delete the property. It only removes it from that site.

Deleting Multi-Unit Sites

1. Open the multi-unit site — From Sites → Multi-Unit, open the site.
2. Delete — Use the delete option for that site (where available).
3. Confirm — Confirm deletion.

Note: Deleting a multi-unit site doesn't delete the properties. Properties remain in Haven with their individual settings intact.

Room Types (Hotels and Inns)

If your site has interchangeable rooms — like eight identical King Suites — you can group them into Room Types on the Properties tab. Rooms in a type share content from a lead unit, appear as one card with pooled availability on your site, and Haven auto-assigns a free room at booking. See Room Types.

Multi-Unit Site Management Tips

1. Regular reviews — Periodically review how properties are grouped
2. Keep updated — Update shared settings as needed
3. Monitor changes — Be aware of how site-wide changes affect member properties
4. Document purpose — Keep notes on why properties belong together
