A profile page is a Haven listing for a stay that already has its own website. Guests browse the stay on Haven — photos, story, amenities, reviews, and an approximate map — then book on that website. The listing is free and does not count toward your plan.
Use a profile when you want a stay on a multi-unit site (and in Haven stay search) but bookings stay on the property's existing site.
Do not use a profile when you want guests to book on Haven. Build a full listing instead, or upgrade the profile later.
Haven creates the listing, adds it to the collection, and scrapes the site for photos and copy. The collection card and /stays open the Haven profile page. Guests book with Book direct on {website}.
You can add a profile only from this collection dialog.
The profile is one page: a photo gallery, the title and approximate location, story cards, the description, amenities, reviews, an approximate map, and a sticky Book direct button. There is no Haven calendar, checkout, or site tabs.
When someone searches the collection by dates, the card says Check dates on their site. It is never marked available or unavailable.
Open the listing from Listings (look for the Profile badge). The editor shows:
Arrival guide, pricing, availability, calendar sync, cancellation, fees, domain, and the booking widget stay hidden.
If the website link is missing or not a valid https address, the profile page has no Book direct button and Settings shows an error until you fix it.
A profile does not count toward your included listings and is not billed.
Upgrade to full site (banner at the top of the editor) turns the same listing into a full Haven site. Content stays. Billing starts from that moment. Haven opens the Visibility section of the listing editor so you can finish the booking-setup checklist (pricing, calendar, payouts). There is no downgrade.
The upgraded listing stays in the account that created it.
