Haven splits a listing's controls across three surfaces: the listing editor (content and guest experience), the Calendar page (money and availability), and the account-wide Property settings sheet (rules that apply to every listing at once). This article is the map.
A quick scope rule: anything you change in the editor or on the Calendar panel affects that one listing. Anything in the Property settings sheet affects the whole account — and the two account-wide toggles that also appear on listing surfaces are labelled that way.
Open a listing and choose Edit Listing. Four tabs run down the sidebar:
Space — what the property is. Photos & Spaces · Property Story · Location · Amenities · Reviews & Testimonials · Cancellation policy.
Arrival — everything about the guest's stay and guidebook. Guidebook access · Welcome · Import a guidebook · Guide layout & tabs · Guide components · Check-in & tasks · Checkout instructions · Rules & safety · WiFi & contacts · Upsells · House Manual · Guest verification (rental agreement and ID requirements).
Layout — how the public site looks. Site pages & tabs · Hero · Brand identity.
Preferences — operational settings. Pricing & Availability (opens the Calendar page) · Custom domain · Smart devices · Language · iCal calendar sync · Visibility · Advanced (duplicate or archive the listing).
The search bar at the top of the editor finds any section by name, so typing "wifi" or "cancellation" is often faster than browsing.
The Calendar button next to Edit Listing opens the pricing and availability workspace. Its right panel has three tabs:
Schedule — bookings, blocks, and day-by-day management.
Price — every money control for this listing: nightly and weekend rates, currency, seasonal pricing, promotions, discounts, discount codes, fees, custom fees, stay-based fees, pet fee, security deposit, PriceLabs sync, and this listing's direct-booking discount and margin overrides. Taxes themselves are configured under Payouts → Tax rules — the Price tab links there. Two display controls also live here:
Availability — blocked dates, booking settings such as advance notice, check-in and checkout rules, stay requirements, weekly minimum stay, and Instant book. The Account-wide property settings button at the top opens the full account-wide sheet without leaving the listing.
