Design a property page once, then give the rest of your listings the same look in a single step. The listing you designed becomes a template: its Home sections, hero layout and brand can be copied to any other listing on your account, either as a one-time copy or linked, so later changes keep flowing through.
A typical run: build the Home page on your flagship listing, then apply it to five more. Each keeps its own photos, name and description, and all six read as one family.
Pick any combination of three parts.
Home sections. The order of the Home page, which built-in sections are shown or hidden, the alignment and styling of the photo breaks, and your own story sections with their content. The narrative sections that describe each place (About, The Location, Explore the Area) keep the target listing’s own words and photos and take only the template’s look. Custom header wording on the Gallery, Local guide and Experiences sections stays with each listing, too.
Hero layout. Layout, frame, text placement and width, overlay, medallion styling, and the size, weight, spacing and color of the headline, eyebrow and tagline. Hero photos and videos, the headline wording, the eyebrow text and hero badges are never copied; they belong to the listing.
Brand. Colors, fonts, logo and wordmark, favicon, header style and intro reveal, plus the header button when it points somewhere that makes sense on every listing (booking, home, a web address, email or phone). Contact details, social links and the footer are left alone.
A few sections cannot travel. One that opens its own sub-page stays on the original; a lead form arrives as a separate copy so each listing keeps its own inquiries. Anything left out is named when the copy finishes.
Keep linked (the default) makes the other listings follow this one. Change the hero, reorder the Home page, add or remove a story section, or adjust the brand here, and the linked listings update shortly after. Linked story sections share their content everywhere: edit one and every copy changes, just like a section reused with Keep sections synced.
A linked listing can still take sections of its own, and they hold their place whenever the template changes. The parts it follows, though, track the template: a hero change made directly on a linked listing is replaced the next time the template is edited.
Independent copy is a one-time transfer. Afterwards each listing goes its own way, and nothing syncs in either direction.
When sections are included, the target listings’ current Home sections are moved to the Reuse existing library rather than deleted, so any of them can be added back later from the section builder.
A confirmation appears once the layout is applied, with an Undo button. For seven days afterwards, Layout → Advanced → Undo last layout copy on the template listing puts every listing from its most recent copy back exactly as it was: sections, hero and brand, and any links the copy created. If a newer copy has since changed one of the same listings, undo that one first.
On a linked listing, a slim banner at the foot of the Layout tab names the listing it follows. Click Unlink there to stop following; the current layout stays as it is. From the template listing itself, Advanced shows how many listings follow it and offers to unlink them all at once.
Links do not chain. A listing that follows another cannot serve as a linked template itself, and a template cannot follow a different listing. Either can still receive or give an independent copy.
The assistant can do all of this in plain words: “Apply the Dock House layout to my three cabins and keep them linked”, “Copy just the brand from the Loft to every other listing”, “Undo that layout copy”, or “Stop syncing the Birch Cabin.” It describes exactly what will change and waits for your go-ahead before copying anything.
