"Is my pricing right?" is really a question about two numbers moving together: your average nightly rate and your occupancy. The Pricing section of the Performance page reads that pair against your own history and gives you one plain-English verdict — then shows how the coming months are filling compared to the same moment last year, so you can act before a soft month arrives instead of after.
The verdict compares your rate change and occupancy change against the comparison window you chose (same period last year by default). The possible readings:
The verdict card shows the underlying numbers (rate change and occupancy points change) so you can check the reading yourself.
Pace answers a different question: not "how did the period end up?" but "am I filling the next few months faster or slower than this time last year?"
For each of the next three months, the section shows how booked the month is today next to how booked it was on this same date last year. A month that's 20% booked today but was 45% booked at this point last year is falling behind while there's still time to respond — a discount, a minimum-stay adjustment, or a campaign works far better eight weeks out than one week out.
Pace comparisons need a year of history to be meaningful. Haven records a daily snapshot of how booked each future month is, so the comparison uses what your calendar actually looked like on that date — not a reconstruction. Until a listing has been on Haven (or synced) long enough, pace shows only the current side.
