AI video walkthrough

Haven turns the photos you already sorted into spaces into one room-by-room video tour. It proposes the whole thing: which rooms, in what order, the one to four strongest photos of each, and where the camera glides from one angle to the next instead of cutting. You read the plan as a storyboard, play a free preview in the browser, change what you like, and approve once. The finished 16:9 video lands in your gallery and becomes the listing's click-to-play Video walkthrough above the photo gallery.

When to use

A listing with photos in spaces and no tour yet. A tour you filmed yourself still goes in through Upload video — see Put a video on your site. Group sites have no walkthrough: a tour is one home.

Three ways in

Brand → Video walkthroughs — one row per listing with where its tour stands (Draft, Building, Ready, or none yet). Make, Continue, View, or Open opens the studio.
Marketing → Creative → Video walkthrough — pick the listing, and the studio opens.
Property editor → Space tab → Photos & Spaces → Create → Video walkthrough → the Make one with AI line at the top. The same line later reads Plan ready to review, Building · clips 3 of 7, or Made with AI · 1:12.

A row that says Sort photos into spaces first means the listing has fewer than four live photos in a space. Put photos in spaces on Photos & Spaces (or run Sort into spaces there) and come back.

Reading the plan

The studio plans the moment it opens; nothing to click. Haven looks at every room's photos, picks the strongest angles, works out where two photos share one physical view, and puts the rooms in walking order: outside, the entrance, living, dining and kitchen, bedrooms, baths, the fun rooms, then the outdoors, pool, and views. The (i) next to Tour order says why.

Rooms — one card per space. Drag a card by its grip to change the order. The room's name and fact line ("King bed · Fireplace · View") are editable right on the card. The × on a card leaves the room out; it waits in Add a room.
Shots — each room's photos in the order the camera visits them, labelled Wide, Medium, or Detail. Drag to reorder. Hover a photo for Swap (another photo from that space first, then any photo on the listing) and Skip; a skipped photo shrinks to a stub with Keep.
Glide or Cut — between two adjacent photos sits the join. A Glide is one AI clip whose camera physically travels from the first angle to the second, so it reads like walking through the room. It is priced (one glide clip) and there is at most one per room. A Cut is free. Click the join to switch; the tooltip says why Haven proposed what it did. New neighbours after a skip, swap, or drag start as a cut.
Add a room — the spaces Haven left out, and any you removed. Each lands at the end of the tour with its photos.
Reset to plan — back to what Haven proposed.

Setup

Format — Website 16:9 always. Both adds a 9:16 cut of the same tour for Reels and Stories, at no extra charge.
Footage — AI video makes one clip per room (a glide, or a moving shot of the room's first photo) and holds the other photos on a slow camera move. Photos only is the whole tour as camera moves over your photos: no clips, so only the build is charged.
Voice — Read it aloud records one line per room in the voice you pick (5 credits); the line is editable under each room. None plays the music alone.
Music — Haven picks a calm library track, or Choose a track.
Pace — Calm or Brisk (every hold a quarter shorter).
Room names — the room's name and fact line in the corner as the tour enters it, in your brand colour. On or Off.

Free preview

The player on the right plays the plan in your browser: slow camera moves over the real photos, a crossfade with an AI glide pill where a glide will be filmed, and the room names where they will appear. Change anything and it replays the change. Nothing is made or charged until you approve.

Approve and build

The cost bar lists every line before anything runs:

one Video walkthrough build,
one Walkthrough glide clip for each glide,
one Video clip and one Clip enhance for each room that gets an animated single photo instead of a glide,
one Voice recording when the tour is read aloud.

Approve and build charges once, from monthly credits first. If you are short, the usual credits dialog names the amount and offers Add credits. Then the storyboard goes read-only and a stepper shows Plan → Clips (n of m) → Render → Ready; each glide ticks as its clip lands. You can leave: Haven notifies you and emails you when it is ready. A clip that fails is refunded on its own and that room keeps its still; a build that fails refunds everything and the screen says Credits were returned, with Try again.

When it is ready

The video is in your gallery and set as your video walkthrough on the listing page. Undo on the Ready screen takes it off again; on Brand → Video walkthroughs the row's menu has Set as walkthrough and Remove from site.
Download the MP4. Share to social posts it to Instagram or Facebook through the same publish dialog as a reel.
Make another starts a fresh plan. A finished tour is never edited in place.

Limitations

One run at a time per listing, and three free plans per listing per day.
Needs at least four live photos sorted into spaces. Photos in no space are not toured.
At most one glide per room, and room-to-room joins are always cuts.
The glide is made by AI from your two photos; it is a strong suggestion of the walk, not a filmed one. Preview it, and swap a pair that does not read right.
16:9 is always produced; 9:16 is the optional extra. Group sites have no walkthrough.
