Yes — you can copy a page from one guidebook into another. Anything you build as a guide component (a WiFi card, a check-in page, a PDF, a link, an embed, a house-manual page) can be pulled into another listing's guidebook without retyping it. You choose whether the new one is an independent copy or stays linked so edits update every guidebook at once.
Open the listing's Edit Listing page and go to the Arrival tab.
Click Add page beside the phone preview (inside the Guide components panel the same button reads Add component). The Add a guidebook component dialog opens.
The dialog has two tabs: New (build one from scratch) and Reuse. Open Reuse to see every component you have already built on your other listings, drawn exactly as its guidebook shows it. Use Search your other guidebooks… to narrow the list. Each card shows which properties already use that page.
Each card has two buttons:

The page lands on the guide's Home tab and its editor opens so you can adjust it. To move it later, press and hold it in the phone preview and drag it where you want — including onto the Property tab. Guide layout & tabs does the same thing as a list.
A linked page shows a Shared chip (or Shared with 3 guidebooks) in its editor, with a note that edits here update every linked guidebook.
Shared across every linked guidebook: the title, icon, body text, media, location, visibility, poll setup, widget setup, and the sign design.
Kept per property: where the card sits in that guidebook's layout, its web address, and any embed or action widget secrets — those are specific to each property and never copied.
To break the link, open the page and choose to stop sharing it — that guidebook keeps its own independent copy, and the others are untouched. Deleting a linked page asks whether you mean this guidebook only or every guidebook in the set.
The Reuse tab pulls a page into the listing you're editing. To go the other direction and send a page you've just written out to several listings at once, use Copy to other properties:
This always creates independent copies — each listing gets its own editable version, with its own web address and its own widget secrets. It does not create a linked set. Haven also offers this once, right after you finish a new page, with the prompt Use this page on your other properties?
