Reuse Guidebook Pages Across Properties

Yes — you can copy a page from one listing's digital guidebook into another. Anything you build as a guidebook component (a WiFi card, a check-in page, a PDF, a link, an embed, a house-manual page) can be pulled into another listing's guidebook without retyping it. You choose whether the new one is an independent copy or stays linked so edits update every guidebook at once.

When to Reuse a Guidebook Page

The same trash day, parking instructions, or hot-tub rules apply to several listings in the same building or neighborhood.
You wrote a good "Getting here from the airport" page once and want it on every property in that city.
You keep a standard emergency-contacts or quiet-hours page across your whole portfolio and want a single place to edit it.

How to Reuse a Page From Another Guidebook

Step 1: Open the listing that needs the page

Open the listing's Edit Listing page and go to the Arrival tab.

Step 2: Open the component gallery

Click Add page beside the phone preview (inside the Guidebook components panel the same button reads Add component). The Add a guidebook component dialog opens.

Step 3: Switch to the Reuse tab

The dialog has two tabs: New (build one from scratch) and Reuse. Open Reuse to see every component you have already built on your other listings, drawn exactly as its guidebook shows it, most-used first. Use Search your other guidebooks… to narrow the list. Each card shows which properties already use that page ("On Villa A, Villa B +2").

Step 4: Choose synced or a copy

Click a card, then choose how it behaves and press Add to this guidebook:

Keep synced (recommended)	One shared page shown in both guidebooks. Editing it anywhere updates every linked guidebook.
Make an independent copy	An independent duplicate. It starts identical, and from then on the two are edited separately.

In a Menu's editor, Existing page offers the same choice: a page from another listing has an Add… button that opens it.

The page lands on the guest portal's Home tab and its editor opens so you can adjust it. To move it later, click Rearrange (or press and hold it in the phone preview) and drag it where you want — including onto the Property tab. Guest portal layout & tabs does the same thing as a list. Every tile on Home and Property drags this way, the Welcome message, About and Amenities tiles included; Welcome is switched off and on in Guidebook components, About and Amenities under Guest portal layout & tabs.

Linked Pages: What Syncs and What Doesn't

A linked page shows a Synced · 3 guidebooks chip in its editor, listing every listing it is on, and a strip under the title — Shared with 2 other guidebooks (…) — edits here change all of them — with Edit only this guidebook.

Shared across every linked guidebook: the title, icon, body text, media, location, visibility, poll setup, widget setup, and the sign design.

Kept per property: where the card sits in that guest portal's layout, its web address, and any embed or action widget secrets — those are specific to each property and never copied.

To break the link, open the page and choose Unlink this copy… in the chip (or Edit only this guidebook) — that guidebook keeps its own independent copy, and the others are untouched. Delete everywhere… in the same chip removes the page from every guidebook in the set. Deleting a linked page from the list asks whether you mean this guidebook only or every guidebook in the set.

Re-linking a copy

A page you added as a copy, or unlinked, shows a dashed Copy of … chip in its editor. Click it, choose Re-link to …, and pick Use the synced version here (this page takes the original's content) or Use this version everywhere (every guidebook in the set takes this page's content). The page keeps its place in the layout, its web address and its widget secrets.

Pushing a Page Out to Other Properties

The Reuse tab pulls a page into the listing you're editing. To go the other direction and send a page you've just written out to several listings at once, use Copy to other properties:

On the Arrival tab, open Guidebook components.
On the page's row, open the ⋯ menu and choose Copy to other properties (the component editor also has a Copy button that opens the same dialog).
Search and select the listings, then confirm.

This always creates independent copies — each listing gets its own editable version, with its own web address and its own widget secrets. It does not create a linked set. Haven also offers this once, right after you finish a new page, with the prompt Use this page on your other properties?

What Can and Can't Be Reused

The Reuse tab shows components from all of your other active listings — the one you're editing is excluded, and archived properties don't appear.
Polls and guest forms are not in the Reuse tab. Those live in your Guest forms library and are already reusable from there — add them with the poll or guest-form picker instead. See Guest Forms & Polls.
Removing a page from a guest portal's layout does not delete it — it stays available to reuse later.
