Link Tree (Links Pages)
A link tree is one tappable page of links for the bio of your Instagram, TikTok or Facebook profile. Each listing and each multi-unit site can have its own, served at that site's /links address — yoursite.com/links, or your-slug.bookwithhaven.com/links on a Haven subdomain.
When to use
- You want one link in your social bio that leads to booking, your guidebook, your reviews and anything else you share.
- You run several sites (a multi-unit site and a few listings, say) and want a separate links page for each brand.
Finding your link trees
Go to Grow your brand → Link Tree. The tab opens on a list of every link tree you have made, across all your listings and multi-unit sites. Each row shows the site, the page's address, whether it is Live or Draft, how many links it has and when it was last edited.
- Search by site name, the page's display name or its address.
- Filter by Live or Draft. When you have link trees on both listings and multi-unit sites, a second filter narrows to one kind.
- Copy the page's address with the copy button on its row, or open a live page in a new tab.
- The row menu (⋯) can Edit, Publish or Take offline, and Delete a link tree without opening it.
Click a row to open its editor. All link trees at the top of the editor takes you back to the list.
Making a new link tree
- On Grow your brand → Link Tree, click New link tree.
- Pick the listing or multi-unit site it belongs to. Sites that already have one are marked Has one; picking one of those opens its link tree, since each site has at most one.
- Click Create link tree. The page starts from that site's branding: its name, logo, colours and social links. You can change any of them under Appearance.
- Add cards with Link, and group them with Category. Drag cards to reorder them. Featured card in a top-level link's settings makes it stand out.
- Turn on Live when it's ready. Until then the address shows a not-found page to guests.
Key details
- A link tree belongs to one site, and its address follows that site's custom domain or subdomain. When you rename the subdomain, card links that pointed at the old one switch to the new address.
- Deleting a link tree removes every card on it, and its address stops working. This cannot be undone.
- A card switched off on its row stays in the editor but does not appear on the live page. The preview beside the editor shows exactly what guests see.
- Haven's own
bookwithhaven.com/linkspage is separate. Your link trees are yours alone.
