Amenities are the features and services your property offers. Property comprehensive amenities helps guests find your property and understand what's included.

Adding Amenities

Navigate to Amenities section - Find the Amenities section in your property edit page
Browse categories - Amenities are organized by category
Select amenities - Check the boxes for amenities your property offers
Save - Click save to update your amenities

Best Practices

Be Accurate

Only list amenities that are actually available
Update if amenities change
Be specific about what's included

Be Comprehensive

List all amenities, even if they seem obvious
Guests filter by amenities, so more properties = more visibility

Common Mistakes

Overstating - Don't list amenities you don't have
Understating - Don't forget to list available amenities
Outdated - Update amenities if things change

Bedrooms and beds vs Where you'll sleep

Amenity bedroom and bed counts are a property-level summary (often synced from a PMS). They are not the Where you'll sleep section on your site. That section is one card per sleepable room — name, photo, and the beds in that room — and you manage it from Photos. See Sleeping Arrangements.
