If you run your business out of OwnerRez, you can keep collecting money there and still take direct bookings on your Haven site. In this mode OwnerRez prices the stay with its own quote engine, the guest pays on OwnerRez's secure payment page, and the booking lands in both systems.
This is optional. By default Haven prices and collects every direct booking through Stripe, and nothing about that changes unless you switch it on.
You need:
Haven blocks the option and tells you which of these is missing, rather than switching on and quietly dropping something.
The card lists the listings the change applies to. It saves as soon as you pick it.

A guest who buys an add-on sees two charges on their statement — one from OwnerRez for the stay, one from you through Haven for the add-on. Everything else is a single charge.
Choose Haven (Stripe) on the same card. Bookings already paid through OwnerRez keep their history and keep pointing at OwnerRez for refunds; new bookings go back to Haven's checkout immediately.
A guest says the price won't load. Haven asks OwnerRez for a fresh quote each time. If OwnerRez is unreachable or refuses the dates, the guest sees an explicit message instead of a price. Check the connection under Integrations; a disconnected OwnerRez account sends new bookings back through Haven automatically.
A guest paid but the booking looks pending. Haven waits for OwnerRez to report the payment. That's usually seconds; the guest's confirmation email goes out the moment it lands.
A guest paid and the dates were gone. Rare, but possible if two people paid at once. The money is with OwnerRez, so you'll need to refund that guest there — Haven flags it rather than pretending it can reverse a charge it never took.
