Create a server key in Track
In Track, open Configuration → Company Setup → API Keys and choose + Server Key. Haven needs a server key; a channel key cannot read blocks, daily pricing, contacts, or guest messages.

Connect and import your units
Enter your Track domain (the yourcompany in yourcompany.trackhs.com), the key, and its secret in Haven. Every active unit imports, or pick the ones you want.

Launch your Haven site
Go live with branded checkout and guest experience. Direct bookings are written to Track with the price breakdown the guest actually paid.

Track does not publish webhooks, so Haven checks your Track account on a schedule rather than instantly: calendars, reservations, and guest messages about every 10 minutes, unit content, photos, fees, and taxes about every 6 hours, and reviews about every 12 hours. Sync now on the Track card pulls the latest immediately. Haven direct bookings travel the other way without waiting — they are created in Track as soon as they are confirmed.
A server key, created in Track under Configuration → Company Setup → API Keys → + Server Key. Channel keys created under Distribution Channels do not work: they cannot see unit blocks, daily pricing, contacts, or guest messages, and Haven will ask for a server key instead.
Yes. Track remains the system of record for unit content, and Haven never edits it. Rates, stay rules, and availability also come from Track unless you choose to manage pricing in Haven for a listing, in which case Haven writes nightly rates, stay rules, and blocks back to Track.
Direct bookings with Haven’s own price breakdown, marked as coming from Haven; holds for pending requests when you have chosen to hold those dates, and their confirmations; cancellations; guest messages; and reviews. Payments stay on Haven’s Stripe checkout — no card data is sent to Track.
No. Haven reads the door code Track assigns to a reservation and shows it to the guest in their guide. Track and its lock integrations keep issuing and managing the codes.
Yes — free. Once listings and calendars sync from Track, each one can appear in Haven's AI guest stay search (bookwithhaven.com/stays), where travelers describe the trip in plain language and see real availability. If you keep your own website, add its address in Settings → Widget (optional) and search results send guests straight to your site. Being found costs nothing; a paid plan is only for accepting bookings through Haven.
