Dynamic pricing for the listings that need it
PriceLabs is for Haven hosts whose nightly prices would otherwise be flat — iCal-synced calendars (which never carry prices), listings with no PMS, and Airbnb via Hospitable Connect, where only a base rate reaches Haven.
If you already run a full PMS that pushes dynamic prices into Haven, you do not need PriceLabs through Haven — your PMS is the single pricing source, and you can connect PriceLabs on that side instead. That is why the PriceLabs option only appears for eligible listings.
How it works
Three steps from connected to live
Connect PriceLabs in Haven
Open Integrations in your host dashboard, link a property to PriceLabs with your PriceLabs email, and Haven sends your listing details and calendar over.
Turn on price sync in PriceLabs
In PriceLabs, add the Book With Haven listing and switch on Enable Price Sync. PriceLabs generates optimized prices and minimum stays overnight.
Prices land in Haven automatically
When PriceLabs finishes its overnight run it notifies Haven, which applies the new prices to your calendar and direct booking site. You can also press “Sync from PriceLabs” anytime.
