Add your Haven iCal feed to Smoobu once. Every Haven direct booking and manual block then closes those dates in Smoobu, which closes them on Airbnb and every other channel Smoobu distributes to.
Haven reads Smoobu data through Airbnb rather than the Smoobu API. Inbound listing, pricing, calendar, and reservation data is what Smoobu already publishes to Airbnb. Outbound, Haven bookings close dates through the Haven iCal feed rather than a reservation-write API. Anything Smoobu does not send to Airbnb can be added directly in Haven.
No. You authorize your Airbnb account in Haven, and your team keeps running Smoobu exactly as it does today.
Yes — free. Once listings and calendars sync from Smoobu, each one can appear in Haven's AI guest stay search (bookwithhaven.com/stays), where travelers describe the trip in plain language and see real availability. If you keep your own website, add its address in Settings → Widget (optional) and search results send guests straight to your site. Being found costs nothing; a paid plan is only for accepting bookings through Haven.
