Does the calendar stay in sync both ways?

Bookings and blocks from OwnerRez flow into Haven, and direct bookings taken on Haven push back to OwnerRez to block those dates and attach the guest. OwnerRez remains the source of truth for nightly rates and availability — Haven does not overwrite them.

What happens when I cancel a booking?

If you cancel a Haven booking in Haven, Haven cannot send that cancellation through the OwnerRez API, so it notifies you to cancel the matching booking manually in OwnerRez. If you cancel a Haven-originated booking in OwnerRez, OwnerRez sends that change to Haven, which runs Haven’s cancellation and refund workflow.
