Yes. Bookings, blocks, and rate changes in Lodgify reach Haven within seconds via webhooks (with polling as a safety net), and direct bookings taken on Haven are created in Lodgify immediately — instant bookings as confirmed, booking requests as tentative holds.

Can I keep managing operations in Lodgify?

Yes. Lodgify remains your operations hub and the source of truth for listing content, pricing, and availability. If you prefer, you can flip pricing to Haven per listing and Haven will push rates and stay rules back to Lodgify.

What about guest messages?

Guest messages on Lodgify booking threads arrive in Haven Messages, and Haven guidebook sends post onto the Lodgify thread — one conversation, visible in both places.

Which Lodgify plans work?

Any Lodgify plan that includes Public API access. If Settings → Public API is missing from your Lodgify account, ask Lodgify about enabling it.

Does connecting Lodgify get my listings into Haven's guest search?

Yes — free. Once listings and calendars sync from Lodgify, each one can appear in Haven's AI guest stay search (bookwithhaven.com/stays), where travelers describe the trip in plain language and see real availability. If you keep your own website, add its address in Settings → Widget (optional) and search results send guests straight to your site. Being found costs nothing; a paid plan is only for accepting bookings through Haven.
