We plan to support all Hostfully plans that expose the integration API. Contact us with your plan tier and we will confirm once rollout dates are set.

Can I keep using Hostfully guidebooks?

Yes. Haven does not replace Hostfully guidebooks — many hosts will continue to send guests to their Hostfully guidebook alongside the Haven guest app.

When will the integration be available?

We are building integrations in priority order based on host demand. Contact us and we will share a concrete timeline for this provider and notify you when it is ready to connect.

Does Haven replace my PMS?

No. Haven sits alongside your PMS and powers your direct booking site, guest app, and protection. Your PMS stays the system of record for operations.

Is sync bi-directional?

Yes. Calendars and reservations sync both ways in near real-time so bookings taken on your Haven site block availability in your PMS and vice versa.
