Every stay you book on Haven has its own row on Trips (bookwithhaven.com/trips). Two stays at the same property are two reservations — an unpaid hold is never hidden behind a stay you already paid for.
A stay that needs payment shows Payment needed. A stay you already paid shows Upcoming or Currently staying.
When a host approves your request, the email's Complete payment button opens checkout for that reservation (/book/…), not the guidebook. Pay there to confirm the stay.
If you open the property guide without picking a stay, Haven prefers an unpaid reservation over one you already confirmed, so you are not sent into a stay that is already settled.
