How the integration works
Once connected, you select the properties you want to bring into Haven. Property details, photos, amenities, descriptions, rates, availability, minimum stays, and check-in and check-out rules can then be imported directly from OwnerRez.
Those properties can be presented as individual booking sites or brought together into a larger portfolio under one brand and domain.
From that point forward, the operational workflow stays where it already belongs.
Change a rate in OwnerRez, block a set of dates, or update availability, and Haven receives those changes through OwnerRez webhooks. Background polling provides an additional safeguard against delayed or missed events.
The result is a direct booking site(s) that stays aligned with the system you are already using to run the business.
Direct bookings flow back into OwnerRez
The connection is bidirectional.
When a guest books through a Haven site, the reservation is written back into OwnerRez. From there, OwnerRez can process it alongside your other reservations and synchronize availability across the channels connected to your account.
There is no separate direct-booking calendar to reconcile and no parallel reservation system to keep current.
For most properties, pricing can remain fully controlled by OwnerRez as well.
There are cases, however, where an operator may want a different pricing strategy for direct guests. Haven allows nightly pricing to be overridden on an individual property while reservations, availability, blocks, minimum stays, and other operational data continue syncing from OwnerRez.
That control is optional and can be enabled property by property.
