When a guest likes what they see, they send a booking request from your Haven site, and Haven emails it to you.

- Placement in Haven's guest search at bookwithhaven.com/stays and in the Haven mobile app, which runs the same search.
- AI matching on meaning, not ad spend. The search understands vague dates, party size, pets, must-haves, and vibe — and ranks stays honestly on fit and availability. There is no "promoted" tier to buy.
- Real availability answers from Airbnb, your PMS, or an iCal feed, so requests arrive only for dates you can actually host.
- An email for every booking request, with the dates, party and total.
- No commission, no guest fees, no credit card.
The only cost on Haven is accepting a booking. When a request arrives, a plan — from $9/month billed yearly, or $15/month — lets you accept it and take payment. Until then, you can reply to the guest from the request and decide whether the traffic is worth it.
Why we opened the search up
Haven's stay search exists to make booking direct as easy as booking on a marketplace. Travelers get plain-language search, real availability, real totals, and zero guest fees; hosts get guests who book on a site of their own instead of inside someone else's checkout.
That promise gets stronger with every independently-run stay in the catalog. So we split discovery from software: being listed is free for everyone; you pay only when you accept a booking.
Where AI travel search fits in
Trip planning is moving into AI assistants. When someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Claude for "a quiet oceanfront place in the Keys that takes dogs," those tools need structured, crawlable, honest inventory to answer from.
Haven's catalog is built for exactly that: AI crawlers are welcomed in our robots.txt, the site publishes structured data and llms.txt guidance, and the stay search itself is available as a public API that AI travel tools can query directly. How to get listed (about ten minutes)
- Create a free Haven account and connect Airbnb. Haven brings over your listings, photos, rates and calendar — and it works even when a PMS such as Guesty, Hostaway or Hostex publishes your Airbnb listings. On Hospitable, Lodgify, OwnerRez, Hostfully or Track, you can connect the PMS directly instead. No Airbnb or PMS? An iCal feed keeps the calendar in sync.
- Check your free Haven site. Make sure it has a nightly price and a cancellation policy; once it does, it joins the guest search.
- Watch your inbox. Each booking request arrives by email. Upgrade when you want to accept one.
