Talya’s unit was extremely clean and definitely lived up to expectations. Check in was fairly easy and smooth given direction via host. Response time and communication was superb. I would highly recommend and would love to visit this unit again when traveling to DC.

Talya’s place is in a great location, walkable to restaurants and both Tyson’s malls. It has easy access to I-66 and the capital beltway 495.

Great location! About 10-15 minute walk to metro, felt very safe, literally right around the corner from a Whole Foods and other restaurants. Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. The building / lobby / game room was also very nice and clean. It was a great stay!

Great place and super clean with fresh bedding and towels for comfort. Excellent location and communication was great with the host when booking with clear instructions on check-in and check-out. I would highly recommend anyone looking for something like this in the future.

This was a great Airbnb for me and my coworker who were visiting Freddie Mac headquarters. The location could not be better with regard to accessibility to Freddie Mac and the building felt very safe. The apartment was extremely quiet and we got great sleep while we were there. - it was also nice because both bedrooms and bathrooms were equally well appointed- it didn’t feel like some Airbnb‘s were somebody has the master and somebody has the kids room. It was great for two coworkers traveling together.

Die Betten sind gross und bequem, in den Zimmern ist es sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist mit dem Notwendigsten ausgerüstet. Das Apartment liegt auch sehr zentral. In 15min ist man zu Fuss beim Capitol und in 20min bei The Mall sowie etlichen Museen. Wir können Talya und ihr Team nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ballston! Finding a place that was pet friendly and right in Ballston was not easy and this place went beyond my expectations. Check-in was easy and I was even able to receive several deliveries to the address. The amenities on site were very helpful and parking across the street was easy.

Talya was a great host! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect—just blocks from Nationals Park. The only hiccup during our stay was parking. Although a spot was reserved for us, another vehicle was parked in it upon our arrival. I sent photos and messaged Talya, but unfortunately didn't hear back regarding a fix. Luckily, the concierge was fantastic and worked with me to secure an alternate space in the garage for the duration of our stay. While it may have just been an isolated fluke, I wanted to mention it so future guests are aware. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here!

Great location:- First floor Harris Teeter grocery store, Ballston Quarter mall and its food court and well priced parking garage, and coffee/pastry/restaurants within walking distance are especially noteworthy. It’s also a 10-15min Uber/Lyft over to the museums and National Mall. Great apartment- Met all of our needs. Of special note- we enjoyed how quiet this unit was…the game room was nice… the fitness center is well equipped. Overall we had a wonderful stay. We would strongly consider staying here again when we return to the DC area.

This apartment was absolutely amazing. My friends and I stayed for a couple days and it was the perfect fit for us and it was very clean when we got there. Hosts are very responsive when we needed help. Overall a great spot and would definitely book again.

Talya’s place was great and really functional. V close to metro station and good options for convenience stores and coffee shops around.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The amenities in the condo were just incredible! There is a nice rooftop pool, rooftop spaces for picnicking, grilling etc. There were several fun hangout spaces throughout the property. Many of these spaces were on top of the building and you could see the capital building, the Washington monument and even Pickleball across the street! I brought my paddle just in case on this trip but had no idea I could just walk across the street and play. The condos were in a very safe neighborhood.

10 out of 10 Stay at Talya's! Literally, one of the best stays I have had. The location, proximity to my work, walkable area, and the Harris Teeter being close made this stay truly exceptional! We had a pleasant stay with our twin babies. Apartment was very comfortable and located in the main location.

Talya and her team were responsive and communicative during our stay. The building is great, modern, clean and secure and the location is perfect for Arlington and metro access and located right above a grocery store for convenience. My main feedback is that they should really have a second key fob if more than one guest is staying there as you need keys to enter the building, and use the elevator before even arriving to the unit. Price is definitely on the higher side but the place gives you great peace of mind as it is well stocked and located (and clean)z

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and Talya was an excellent host — communication was prompt and very clear. She even shared helpful information about nearby places to store our luggage after checkout. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Clean and looked like the photos. The house is a quick, cheap Uber to campus for a football game. Felt like a better deal than staying at a similarly priced hotel. (Also - was nice to be able to leave our car parked in the one-car garage).

Parking was only $10 a day and the lot was directly across from the building, which was super convenient. The amenities were great and we really enjoyed the game room, especially the 8-ball table. Overall, we had a great stay. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, and the area was quiet and convenient—about a 15-minute walk to Wegmans and Capital One Hall. The private garage parking was a nice bonus, and the check-in instructions and parking pass were clear. We did have an issue with the bathtub draining, which took a few days to get resolved, but it was eventually fixed and everything else went smoothly.

What a great location so close to the Capital and the National Mall. The Whole Foods nextdoor was amazing to just go buy groceries and a quick bite to eat. The place was a perfect size for our family and children. Pillows could have been a little cleaner and some comforters were a little stained but they had extra pillows and extra comforters that accommodated. Thank you!

Great location for game days! We loved staying here. The apartment is just steps from Audi Field, and the view of the stadium from the unit was awesome. Nationals Park is close by too, so we could walk to everything. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy. The building amenities were a great bonus, especially the rooftop, which had amazing views. We'd happily stay again!

The apartment was perfect for our needs. The facilities within the building or superb, especially loved the rooftop pool. Whole Foods is literally straight over the road from the building. South Capital Metro station is only a 5 minute walk away. There is also a great selection of restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Location is absolutely perfect, train station nearby and lots of lovely independent restaurants nearby. Apartment was spacious and comfortable and the building is well stocked with amazing amenities like swimming pool and gym. Staff are also friendly and made us feel welcomed. Only drawback is the cleanliness of the apartment. I think the furniture and decor could use a deep clean or even replacing and some were dirty or very outdated. Overall an incredible stay and would recommend to anyone visiting DC. Will definitely be rebooking when I’m back in DC very soon.

Our stay at the sunlit high-rise in McLean was the perfect setting for a couples’ getaway weekend. The location was incredibly convenient, with amazing restaurants walking distance and just a short drive to access the W&OD bike trail. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sunset views of the skyline from the apartment. The residents were friendly and welcoming, and we loved how truly dog-friendly the community is. Overall, it was a wonderful place to relax, explore, and enjoy a weekend together!

Great place to stay. Spent 3 nights with wife, and 10 & 15 year old. Game room and roof top pool were hits. The location was super accessible, two coffee shops within a block. Whole foods across the street, coll Italian joint air half block away. We did Uber to nationals game, but could have easily walked, maybe 4 blocks away. Uber to spy museum and natural history, both about 12 minutes. Really great experience there.

We stayed at this Airbnb in McLean, right next to Tyson's Corner, for 5 days. We really enjoyed the place. Once we settled in, we had a car and had no trouble parking the car in the parking garage. We were there to visit friends and also do some shopping at Tyson's Corner, so the location made it really, really convenient because we beat the DC traffic. The rooms are comfortable, and the place is spacious for 4 people. There are 2 rooms: one has a large king bed, and the other seemed like a queen bed, so up to 4 adults can easily sleep. If there are more than 4 adults, I'm not quite sure how that will work out. It has a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. We used all the facilities, and they worked extremely smoothly. The internet connection is good, so that is obviously a big plus. It's a nice building, and overall, I have no reason to complain. We really enjoyed our stay, and we would be more than happy to stay in the same place once again.

My friend's and I stayed here to attend a concert at Nat's park, the location was excellent. There were lots of places to eat/drink - we even found a few good Happy Hours. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. As other comments stated, the bathroom could use an upgrade but it was clean so we had no issues. We were able to use the pool on the rooftop and even took our wine up in the evening to enjoy the nice weather. FYI - parking is not cheap/easy around this location. The spots out front are free from 6pm to 7am. Overnight garage is a few blocks away at Whole Foods and cost $50. If you want to use the garage space that the host offers, make sure you let them know in advance because the opener is NOT in the condo if you decide later you need it. Our stay was great overall and we'd stay there again.

What a great place . Location was great we walked to many bars and restaurants. The pool was nice , we used it everyday of our stay. The king bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed , we made breakfast everyday. It was easy to get an Uber right out the front door . The building felt very safe and secure. We will stay here again when we are back in DC .

The space was exactly as described and had great amenities. The neighborhood was walkable with great options for food and drink. This spot can't be beat of you're coming in for a game at Audi Field or the Nationals stadium. Check in and out were seamless.

My husband, pet dog, and I had a very comfortable stay here in the heart of Tysons. The host made sure their friendly property manager met us for our pre-planned early check in with all the necessary fobs, parking pass, and information. The apartment is spacious and the HVAC system is quiet yet powerful. The pool was a highlight and the neighborhood is very dog-friendly and walkable. You can walk to Tysons II Galleria. The in-unit washer and dryer were convenient and worked well. Good communication from the host but they can take several hours to reply so plan ahead. Also, the garage is busy and tight so pay attention when driving through. Overall a good deal for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was our first visit to DC, and the hosts made our stay go smoothly and enjoyable. It did rain off and on, so we didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop pool as much as we would’ve like. We did get to see DC United play Montreal from the rooftop right across the street which was pretty cool. The top floor amenities were nice to have if needed- big gym, rooftop pool, football, tv, grand living room type lounge areas with board games, pool table, and grill. This is definitely a great place to stay if you’re there for sports games: Washington Nationals and DC United. Be aware, It’s not as close to the metro (subway) as we thought, but It’s not bad- a 10-14 min walk. There are capital bikes stationed within a block which adds other options to get around. Restaurants are nearby, but also a 10-15min walk. The rain compounded that “hassle”, otherwise it wouldn’t be a big deal.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The condo was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, comfortable, modern, and had everything our family needed. The location couldn’t have been better. We attended two Nationals baseball games, and it was only a 3–5 minute walk to Nationals Park, which made game days incredibly convenient. We were also lucky enough to find parking directly in front of the building every time we returned, which made coming and going very easy. We visited most of the monuments and several great restaurants during our trip, and Uber rides were typically only $12–$18, making it both affordable and convenient to explore Washington, D.C. The pool was another highlight of our trip. Our kids loved it so much that they swam three different days! The building was well maintained, and all of the amenities were excellent. We also rented a car for one day to attend a concert at Northwest Stadium, and the drive was only about 30 minutes. Earlier in our trip, we drove to New York

Very great neighborhood to stay in! So close to the water and also a quick walk/ride from the monuments. The area has many cute restaurants as well, and it is a few blocks from the baseball stadium. I felt very safe even at night as a young woman.

We stayed at this apartment for two weeks. It was nicely located close to most places we needed to visit, including a 5-minute walk to WeWork Tysons via a beautiful trail and a 10-minute walk to both Tysons malls. The apartment has a nice view and is spacious as well.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. Sun rises off the balcony were beautiful! Communication with the hosts was always timely, and they went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking for nice Airbnb in the Northern Virginia/DC area I would highly recommend Talya’s place!

We really liked the apartment. It was very cozy and fully equipped for a short stay. It could probably be improved by changing the blankets—they were quite hot, but when the air conditioner was on, we still needed something to cover up. Everything else was perfect: a fully equipped kitchen, a good washer and dryer, and a convenient location. If you don’t want to use a car, the metro is within walking distance. It’s also very convenient to have a Harris Teeter nearby. We also highly recommend JINYA Ramen Bar—they have a great kids’ menu, which was very helpful for us. We tried Carbonara (which is highly rated), but it was a bit of a disappointment for the price—not the best option if you really enjoy Italian pasta. I would say it was average. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The apartment was beautiful and well cared for. We loved the area as well. Lots of options for food and close to the metro so we could easily access D.C. We were also grateful for the flexibility with check-in.

I had the opportunity to spend a few nights during Fall break in this exciting area. The apartment was neat and clean throughout. My favorite space was the living area and the various lighting that was provided including windows that bring in so much natural sunlight and the view of the walkable area gardens. This mainstay is not far from a lot of tourists attractions as well as restaurants. Great find. 😊

We stayed in DC for the Marine Corps Marathon, Talya’s place was right in the middle of everywhere we needed to go. Restaurants and groceries were close. Her place was clean and had everything we needed! She was responsive and communicated well. Would stay again.

This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, also very clean. I loved the possibility of using a washer and drier. The bathtub was huge and the bed very comfortable. The host was nice and gave me very precise instructions, so that I was very smooth to get in with the self check in. I liked the area a lot and the proximity to the river, as well as the very convenient access to the metro, the Whole Foods just around the corner, and areas with bars and restaurants. I booked this apartment also for the access to a swimming pool and gym, which I didn’t end up using because I was very busy. I wish this was my apartment! I would recommend going there and I would definitely go again if I had the chance!

First time in DC from Los Angeles and staying at Talya’s was great. Everything was a short ride away if you’re visiting the sites as a tourist. I enjoyed the fact that anytime of the day I’d go out to dinner or an event I’d see women walking their dogs comfortably outside the building, it speaks volumes of the neighborhood. The rooftop was great with nice views. Talya has a great spot and I’d recommend anyone to stay here. It’s clean safe and convenient. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Perfect location right in the Navy Yard. Very walkable to everything. Not super fancy, but had everything you’d need for a nice visit. Host provided coffee pods and some creamer. There is a washer/dryer in the unit with detergent provided. Hair dryers in both bathrooms. Good internet. Building is secure with a concierge and a locked front entry. TV had all the streaming services.

My husband and I live about 5 blocks from this Airbnb. We used it for overflow for visiting family. The apartment was clean, as described, and in a great location. The rooftop pool has a view of the Capitol building. The Airbnb is walking distance to Wholefoods, Nationals Park, and the Capitol among a million other things. We will definitely use this again for visitors.

This apartment was everything it was promised to be and our long-term stay was wonderful. The amenities were great, the location could not be beat, and the apartment itself felt like much more than a one-bedroom apartment given it's layout and size. The kitchen was great to prepare our meals in and we really enjoyed being next to all the action in Arlington. The building amenities were great- with a gym, clubroom, and co-working location all within a few feet of our apartment door. We'd happily stay at Talya's apartment again, and look forward to it!

Talya's place was comfy and cozy. Perfect for what we needed for our little mini get away from home. No major complaints. The bed frames we a bit squeaky when you sit or turn on the beds. But not enough to hinder sleep unless you are an extremely light sleeper. The location is perfect walking distance to things. Harris teeter on the first.floor is a plus. and George the gentleman that issued us our key was very kind upon arrival. would definitely book with this team again.

In town for a month to support family with new born and our two year old grand daughter. Place was perfect location and really pet friendly area. Walkable to nice restaurants and parking was super easy. Building amenities are nice and the people were all so friendly. Style was neat and minimalist which we prefer. The double oven was an added benefit as we did some meal prep and cooking to bring over to family to freeze and eat etc. Overall we would stay again. We actually made quite a few new friends.

We stayed here while house hunting in the DMV area, and it was the perfect home base for our search. The apartment is ideally located right in the middle of several towns we wanted to explore, which made getting around incredibly easy. It’s also conveniently close to the mall and a variety of restaurants, so everything we needed was just minutes away. Despite being so central, the space itself was very quiet and relaxing, which we really appreciated after long days of visiting different areas. Overall, a great stay and a very practical choice if you’re looking to explore Northern Virginia and the surrounding areas.

This nicely appointed apartment is within walking distance to Capitol Hill and the Metro station. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom very nice. The price is reasonable and the hosts responded immediately to questions and concerns. We give this property a five star rating.

I had an excellent stay at this property in DC. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from restaurants, museums, shopping centers, Whole Foods, and CVS. The home itself was spotless and very comfortable, and the owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. Safety in the building was top-notch, which gave me complete peace of mind throughout my stay. Overall, a 10/10 experience—I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting DC!

We loved this place. We stayed with our two-year old daughter and eight-month old son and found it kid-friendly. It is perfectly located, a five-minute walk from Nationals Park and tons of coffee shops and restaurants. Less than a 10-minute walk to the Metro. We had no issue with paid street parking, though the host does generously offer garage parking. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay over the Fourth of July weekend! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the holiday. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything went smoothly. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location was great and it was great to be able to walk to a Whole Foods (2 blocks away) and a great coffee shop down the street. Loved having this as a base during our family vacation where we went and did the touristy spots (national mall/capital building) but also the Yards Park area and the Wharf. The unit was spacious and it was great to have the two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms (without the windows) has the larger bed but is also closer to the trash chute and the elevators. If you bring a sound machine (or use a phone app) it masks the noise but just an FYI as you plan your trip. I couldn't find the pack n play in the unit and Talya was super responsive and even dropped off a new one for us to use for our toddler.

100 Capitol Yards is an incredible community . Friendly, safe, accessible environment. Pet and people friendly. Easy in & out to Nationals Park, The Wharf, The Capitol, and SE Washington. Talya and the team were gracious, responsive, and made the stay enjoyable from start to finish. We loved being able to make our own meals or enjoy world-class dining steps away from the apartment. Highly recommend the location, location, location.

Talya's place was beautiful. The pictures doesn't do it justice. The beds were comfortable & the place clean. The view was beautiful. Right across from Whole Foods made it that much better. I will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end and the apartment was walking distance to the Capitol building, Metro station, baseball field, and great restaurants. The Whole Foods across the street was very convenient. The rooftop pool was a highlight of our trip with awesome views. The apartment building was beautiful and offered wonderful amenities. Great location next to Capital Hill. 10m walk to the Capital South Metro. Next to whole foods and close to Nationals baseball and DC soccer. King bed could use some additional support bc it lacked a box spring but other than that, phenomenal place to stay. Very quiet. We had 3 kids and were comfortable.

The property was gorgeous and very well maintained. We had access to all of the amenities, however the roof top pool was by far our favorite! If I had to say anything negative, it would be the amount of noise from the highway, but that didn’t interfere with our stay and is of no control of the owners.

My daughter and I stayed in Talya's apartment for a few days on a short emergent trip to the DC area and found it to be perfect for what needed to do there. It is nicely furnished in both bedrooms, roomy, clean, private, and the two bathrooms are a plus. Definitely worth it! Talya was very responsive, and the caretaker, George, was ready to assist as I arrived. I will keep it in mind for my next trip to DC.

My kids and I felt at home on our 2 week stay here. It’s central and very accessible. I loved having a gym in the building, close to cycling and running trails, and we really enjoyed our time at the pool with other residents. Within 10-15 min we were in DC and got to enjoy that too. Great place, great location and really great amenities.

I booked this home over a traditional hotel to move my daughter out of her dorm and so happy I did. It was close to both campus, shopping and the storage unit we needed. The house itself was exactly like the photos, very clean and open. There were enough amenities for our purpose. I liked that it had a garage and outdoor furniture to either sit out back or on the front porch. If I had any concerns I received a quick response. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely re-book for future trips to BAMA.

Exactly as described. Very clean space in a quiet neighborhood. Only downside is not much is walkable in the immediate area, but an easy uber ride away. Talya made everything super easy and I’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay was better than we expected. After long days of activities, we returned to a cool, and quiet home where we relaxed. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot, and AC worked great during the DC heat wave. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit.

I recently stayed at this apartment for 4 nights, and it was an exceptional experience. The apartment was even better than the pictures—immaculately clean and beautifully designed. The breathtaking view was a standout feature, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The presence of a laundry machine was a convenient bonus. Overall, everything about our stay was amazing. Tayla’s apartment felt like home — we didn’t want to leave. The location is unbeatable: in the heart of Tysons, with Whole Foods downstairs and restaurants, malls, and a movie theater all within walking distance. The view is stunning, and the building’s amenities are excellent. The 24/7 gym was a big plus, and the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed. Both bedrooms had king beds and plenty of closet space. No dining table, but the open space worked well for us. Tayla was very responsive when we had a Wi-Fi issue and a clogged sink. A few notes: common areas close at night, which was tough since I work late. The pool is small but usually quiet. One bedroom is a den without windows, which we preferred for sleeping. Parking isn't assigned, so it can be tricky late at night, though guest spots worked fine. Soundproofing is decent, but light noise travels. Overall, a fantastic stay with a luxury feel. Would definitely recommend.

This place is great. Luxury apartment build with very nice gym and pool available at the top floor of the building with great view. Very clean and new apartment. Hosts are responsive. The place is right at the center of Tysons. There is a Whole Foods store right at the first floor of the building if you need groceries. Great restaurants just cross the street. We really enjoy our time there. Highly recommend it!

On top of that, having a dedicated parking garage space was a huge convenience that saved us a lot of hassle. The location of the apartment is great. Close to my Firm's office at Tysons corner and walk distance to Greensboro station of silver line to DC if I need to go to the DC office. Wholefood and several restaurants just downstairs in the same complex. The 2b1b apartment was really clean and it felt welcoming. The check in instruction from the host was clear and the check in process was super smooth. Dee was super responsive and very helpful throughout the whole experience. HIGHLY recommended. I note that the hosts have another 2b2b apartment near to this one and would definitely stay again or try the other apartment hosted by the same group.

This past weekend, I stayed at this Airbnb in Tysons Corner, Virginia, and it was spectacular! The view of the city was amazing. There were restaurants all around, a movie theater where I enjoyed the Michael Jackson film, and everything was so clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful. Bright Bluish Oak was a great place for our 2+ month stay. The apartment is spacious and light filled. The building has great amenities, including a rooftop pool, lounge areas, and a large gym. There are several good restaurants and a Whole Foods within walking distance. We highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The hosts were very accommodating to any request I had. Couldn’t find the remote when I got there but after communicating that they got us a new remote within an hour. Requested an early check-in and they got us in as soon as possible which I appreciate a lot. The view was amazing especially with the sunset🥹 The place was close to everything which was perfect, super safe, and felt like home. The free parking was a huge plus as well. Definitely booking this place again the next time I visit!!
