Artistic Calm Vibe 2BR | Capitol views | Gym, Pool

My friend's and I stayed here to attend a concert at Nat's park, the location was excellent. There were lots of places to eat/drink - we even found a few good Happy Hours. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. As other comments stated, the bathroom could use an upgrade but it was clean so we had no issues. We were able to use the pool on the rooftop and even took our wine up in the evening to enjoy the nice weather. FYI - parking is not cheap/easy around this location. The spots out front are free from 6pm to 7am. Overnight garage is a few blocks away at Whole Foods and cost $50. If you want to use the garage space that the host offers, make sure you let them know in advance because the opener is NOT in the condo if you decide later you need it. Our stay was great overall and we'd stay there again.

Thanks for an excellent stay! We enjoyed the proximity to good restaurants, groceries, the Metro, the ballpark, and Capitol Hill. Would definitely stay again!

First time in DC from Los Angeles and staying at Talya’s was great. Everything was a short ride away if you’re visiting the sites as a tourist. I enjoyed the fact that anytime of the day I’d go out to dinner or an event I’d see women walking their dogs comfortably outside the building, it speaks volumes of the neighborhood. The rooftop was great with nice views. Talya has a great spot and I’d recommend anyone to stay here. It’s clean safe and convenient. Thanks again for the hospitality.

This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, also very clean. I loved the possibility of using a washer and drier. The bathtub was huge and the bed very comfortable. The host was nice and gave me very precise instructions, so that I was very smooth to get in with the self check in. I liked the area a lot and the proximity to the river, as well as the very convenient access to the metro, the Whole Foods just around the corner, and areas with bars and restaurants. I booked this apartment also for the access to a swimming pool and gym, which I didn’t end up using because I was very busy. I wish this was my apartment! I would recommend going there and I would definitely go again if I had the chance!
